Hurt my ears

Wanted to love them…

I purchased the Apple Care and had to go through Apple to replace. Both replacements didn’t work. Eventually I gave up!

Complete garbage

I blast the volume to max and I can hear every single word someone says right next to me as clear as day. I cannot believe Apple sells a product this bad. No bass and no volume. I tried everything. I changed the EQ settings and contacted Apple. They want me to send my brand new Powerbeats back to them for service. What garbage
