Beats Audio use to be great until Apple bought them. 250 dollars for a bluetooth earpiece that you can not even get the battery level on my Galaxy S10. Connection issue. I believe it is the apple chip. It probably designed to not work with android to force you to buy a iphone. I will return today.

Terrible experience all around. Bought these specific earbuds because they are listed as "water resistant" and was looking for a wireless pair to wear while running. Obviously, when you run, you sweat. The buds stopped connecting to my phone within 8 months of purchase. Submitted them for service as they were within the warranty period. Was told that they could not repair or replace the earbuds due to "liquid damage." When I told the customer service representative that I only wore these while running, and they are advertised as "water resistant," he stated, "We never said they were 'water proof.'" So, not only is this product poorly made, as evidenced by the fact that lasted less than a year, but Apple seems to care less about customer retention and satisfaction as they made zero effort to fix or replace their faulty product. Either stay away entirely or be sure to buy the AppleCare (for an additional cost).

I got my wife these headphones for Christmas and she absolutely loves them especially for working out.

Terrible! Do not buy. They said they would deliver on Feb 1 and then on Feb 1 they said they were delayed until Feb 14. Scam! They knew they were going to take over 2 weeks to come. This is why no one wants to buy online from stores like this any more. Also calling into Best Buy is a nightmare and you can never understand the person on the other line and they can never help with questions. Going to cancel my order and never shop at Best Buy again. This whole process has been terrible. Sad!

I used these regularly for running. After three months one stopped charging. I sent them back to Apple and they repaired it. Then a month after the manufacture warranty expired the opposite side stopped charging. I believe there is a design flaw on the moisture resistance. For a product that is advertised to be used while exercising, it sure is poor. Otherwise, the sound is good with good bass response.
