Waste of money

They loose the Bluetooth connection all the time or I put them in my ears and walk away only to realize one or the other is not connected. When this happens they have to be put back in the case to reset.

NOT DESIGNED FOR HUMAN EARS

They would sound great if they were designed to fit human ears. I have to hold them or twist them up to hear the full sound. Otherwise, you get no bass. I am returning. They should make these buds where you can adjust the angle for a better fit. These clunkers won't fall out, but they will hurt your ears. Unfortunately, Bose changed their design where they dangle and fall out.

She tried Bose earbuds, but didn't find them to be comfortable. I thought the hook on the Powerbeats Pro might be a better solution and luckily I was right. One small benefit...since Apple owns Beats now, they connect seamlessly with her iPhone and Siri can read text messages as they are received (there's a setting to turn this off if you don't want to be distracted while using them).
