Solid quality- let in too much noise

Sounds is fantastic. BUT, con is they let in so much noise due to the vents on the side of the pod. They offer basically no cancellation of noise just from blocking the ear canal. It’s almost as if it amplifies outside noise.

The left earphone keeps dropping out. I thought it was a connection issue and would resolve itself. It didn’t and by the time I was going to return them it was past Best Buy’s 14 day returning policy for earphones. 250.00 wasted.
