The charging and syncing is the issue. Either doesn’t charge, or connect, or still plays in the case. Had 3 exchanges and all eventually had one of those issues.

I read this same thing from someone else and it turns out they had a defective pair. I will be returning these and waiting another 3-4 weeks to get a replacement just so I can see if that's the problem. Very disappointed right now....

Charging system is garbage

Returned/swapped first pair for same problem, obvious major design flaw. Returning these for something different tomorrow

Didn't Get Along With My Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

After two weeks, I started experiencing connection issues. Bluetooth said that the Powerbeats Pro Earphones were connected but had no sound. I was unable to resolve the issue. I took them back for an exchange, thinking I had purchased a faulty pair. Another two weeks, same results.

Connectivity is not great as they claim at Apple. I have owned a pair of these “Powerbeats pro” for only a year and a half and the sound quality has also diminished considerably. Do not buy these!

Issues with charging

I am dissatisfied because the left earpiece cuts in and out. I also use the earbuds for my cell and they are not crisp and clear. I am planning to return the wireless earbuds.
