You can get better quality from cheaper Bluetooth headphones.

Don't waste your money!!! After 9 months of running, they stopped charging. Sent them into Apple warranty via Best Buy. They wanted $29 to repair. Said they were corroded. I only use the Beats to run. During this 9 month period, I only ran 194 times. The corrosion is due to sweat from running. These are poorly sealed units!! I WILL NEVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT FROM BEST BUY!

Good sound; not bass heavy. Speaker for calls is decent.

Battery life runs out quickly. Feels like I am having to charge it constantly. And right away the logo started to fall apart. They are really expensive I would think a sticker would hang in there at least for more than a day. Two stars because when I run I am not worried about them falling out.

Broke after 1.5 years. Left one won’t be connected.

Highly recommend these over the cord connected ones! Great for working out, very secure. I use mine on the treadmill and i never have to worry about snagging the cord. Reception goes through walls without dropping the connection. Go out and get them ASAP while they are on sale!!!

Left headphone was not working. I bought AirPods at the same time and the clarity was much better with Apple. Returning this item

Man... my wife and I were super excited to get these. Saved up and waited for her birthday. Tried them and were soooo surprised about the lack of bass. Even to the point where I was sure there was something wrong with our pair and wait to exchange them, tried em in the car and same thing.... no way. Exchanged them so good ol’ AirPods

Great for listening to music but awful for phone calling

Not worth the money !! Should be worth no more than $50-60 music quality is okay, there’s nothing pro about the headphones.. description says the earbuds can be adjusted to fit your ear which was a major plus when I browsing to buy earbuds. overall I am not satisfied with the headphones at all . They fall out my ear at least 2-3 an hour with little moment . Not as loyal as I expected. Everything they are marketing these headphones for to me is false . I am returning as soon as possible which I only had for a week. I can not deal with the earbuds popping out 50xs a day I can deal with the earbuds not being as loud as I like but there are way too many cons with these buds ..purchase at your own risk

Great for running, music sound, and picking up calls

Extremely uncomfortable and not good for long use. The sound quality was sub par with no bass to speak of. The equalizer was a joke and didn't really help with sound quality at all. The left action button would depress and stick after minimal use 2 months after purchase. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Hubby likes them but he says they always fall cause he has small ears

Seems to be a common issue online with others stating the left one won't stay charged and will be 0 when trying to use it. Even though the power connectors in the case are magnetic it doesn't keep them in place well and it disconnects. Not sure why the left more so than the right. Anyway, taking it back as its a bad design and don't see how Apple will be able to fix it anytime soon. Unlike the Airpods that fit in it's case in a way that keeps them connected, these don't and would probably require the next version to fix it.

I was excited to get these as I have small ears & wanted something that would stay in my ears-easier than pods. But the Case was too large-and the ear buds themselves were just too heavy. I returned them unfortunately, still on a hunt for the ones I fall in love with.

Sound quality is amazing, but I’m returning these due to the fact that as soon as I start sweating heavy they don’t stay in my ear. When I’m dry they fit perfect, changed ear pieces and everything will be going with a different brand!

Does what it says it will do, plays music when you work out. Wish it would work with only one bud, but it doesn't. In order to disconnect though you have to put both buds into the charger. The app on the phone doesn't really do much either.

Not as good as the AirPods. Don’t really use them much anymore.

The Powerbeats pro come with multiple ear tips to get the fit just right. It also helps that there’s essentials an ear loop so during workouts it doesn’t fall out. I think my favorite part about these earbuds is how easy they are to set up and connect each time assuming you have an iphone
