It does its job, nothing too great , battery could last longer

Havw to return it sounds no aa i expect I exchanged for Apple

At first they was working fine. Now my vivid goes in and out while I’m in the phone and it disconnects by itself. To many problems and now I can’t even return them smh highly upset!

I bought these with the main purpose of listen music when I workout. They are ok. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because the bass is not that great and you can still hear some noise from outside.

I’m a Bluetooth pro. These have got to be the worse ever by far. I got a pressure ulcer in my ear from wearing them but I kept pushing to give this a chance. The sound isn’t the best and I was on the plane and there’s no noise canceling. Plus because it’s owned by Apple you cannot return even with total tech. You have to go to Apple. I don’t recommend this.

Poor connection and left ear doesn’t connect at all now without a reset. Best Buy return period passed and Apple has yet to fix and says they ‘cannot replicate’ after 3 attempts.

One ear stopped charging after only 2 uses. Reading other reviews it seems like it may be a common issue. They’re great when they work like they are supposed to but a hassle to get fixed when they stop charging

The quality is a joke. The volume level is extremely low compared to AirPods Pro or BoseSounport Free. The bass, they completely forgot about, there is absolutely no bass on these and I thought Beats were known for that. I own BoseSoundsport and AirPods Pro, I bought these because of the ear hook for running and I was going to sell the Bose. But after trying these, I just couldn't believe how inferior they were. These head phones should retail for $100 to line up with how they deliver sound, and even at that price I would be hesitant to buy them. Stick to AirPods Pro or Bose if you want TOP quality at a fair price.

Love Love My Beats.. I kept going back & forth & reading on line what was the best Earphones. These are the ones. I am older but still Love my Music & I can talk to My Family. Ride my Bike, Walk & do my chores around my home with these on.

You will not have full control over all features unless you have an Apple device. Even downloading the app on an android will not give you full control. Automatic ear detection can't be disabled on an android. I liked them otherwise but spending $200 and not having full control is absurd.

I actually bought these as a gift for my mom for her birthday and she had no idea how nice they would actually be. She wanted a pair of true wireless headphones to wear while she works in the yard and had fallen in love with these!!!

I like the sound but it hurts my ears after having them in my ear like after 10 min. Not for my ears for sure.

When they work they work great, but frequently one side connects but other will not. Right side has an issue connecting. Sometimes requiring multiple attempts. Have 2 pairs, both same issue, same side.

Sound is not as good as I would have expected for the price.

These ear buds did not work great with my iPhone XS Max. The sound is great,but when receiving incoming calls you can not hear them ring the ring is very low to none at times.

Because beats is owned by Apple, they won't allow some of the useful features of these headphones to work on Android phones. Apple sucks that way. I could never get these to pair consistently. Sometimes it all was fine, the next time not so much. I would have to reset the headphones, turn off Bluetooth, restart my phone, etc, etc. A royal pain in the butt. Same experience with multiple Android phones, but they would connect flawlessly to my son's iPhone. It finally got to the point where the left ear bud would never connect/work with my phone at all. I gave up and gave them to my son. Apple sucks!!!

The only thing good I can say is that they fit good and sound good. Getting them to charge and hold a charge is a different story. Would not buy again.

For the price, terrible sound quality. Amazing return policy of 15 days here at Best Buy leaves me with them since I’m at 20 days (thought I’d give them a chance).

They are decent headphones but they are very uncomfortable in a short period of time. Sound is not the best if you like base these are not good for base at all. The sound is not bad it’s good. But when Compared to other headphones like the air pod pros these are not it. The air pod pros are better as far as sound and the noise cancelation the beats do not have that. If you want secure headphones and do not mind the comfort level then the beats are for you the comfort is just terrible but they will not come off if working out or doing serious movement. Research hard before purchasing
