Thought it would be louder talking on the phone people can hear all background noise. As soon as my 15 day return and exchange expired that’s when problems started. Right eye bud no sound have to put in case for to restore sound with 100% battery. Now left side starting to do the same. Today when working out sound on both buds was going out. Really messed up my workout!

Excellant! Love these! I have used the Baby PowerBeats for years and really like these also but the only thing, the cord does get in the way while working. Cordless, all stars now!

Brought these earbuds in August, they stop sending signal to pair February. Wouldn't recommend.

They don’t fit hurt behind my ears bass is awesome. If you are not wearing them for longer than 3-4 hours then they can be very comfortable

Is it comfortable in your ear ..however the other person on the other side can hear even your breathing..noise control is not good at all the other so I can hear every single sound

Really good earbuds! Had a different brand that were crap and not much cheaper. Should have gotten these to start with. Easy charge and sync. Would definitely buy again!

Terrible battery life. Sound quality is not as good as the fit pros and others like it in the same price range.

The fit was good, but the sound just wasn't as great as I would expect for the price. I returned them and purchased something with a lower price tag.

Great headphones at a great price! The Lava colored headphones were the lowest price and well worth the money. Bought them online with in store pickup, which went smoothly.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had these headphones for a week and they stopped working. Tried returning them to Best Buy and they wouldn’t let me because it was after 15 days. I had geek squad protection. They sent them out. Apple said nothing wrong. Took them home. They still didn’t work. Brought them back to geek squad they sent them out again. Apple said they fixed them this time. Used them for one day on a run. They worked. Next day after charging all night. Nothing. Terrible product. Sound quality isn’t bad when they do actually work.

Left ear went out before 1 year I purchased them for Christmas last year for my husband and the left ear bud went out around June 2020. It was outside of the store warranty

The right ear bud will not connect with the left so looks like I will be exchanging with Apple

Do wireless Earphones are OK not the best quality ,not too comfortable In ear. The volume is very low for music and when talking.

they sacrificed sound quality for battery life. I will never by another beats product again

These were a gift to my brother but I did try my cousins first to get the feel and they are awesome. The Powerbeats and Wireless say it all, totally! Now I want some for myself.

The service was great! The two people who help was pleasant. The product itself is really good. Only downfall is the case is not wireless But other than that, good product.
