They won’t stay on my ears and my ears are pretty normal shaped. Pieces became loose after a cpl months and now they’re lost. 1 at a time but my first trip through the airport i lost both.

great earphones (when they work). They stopped working after 4 weeks. I cannot recommend the product. Too much hassle for $200 dollars.

Just not loud enough, and not developed with high resolution audio in mind as they are not detailed or accurate...more muddy than any bluetooth earbuds I've tried at this pricepoint.

These are very good. I got them and now it's all I use to listen to music on. I never had a pair of wireless ear buds before and I will never get a different pair.

Purchased these a little over a month ago for my husband and one of the earbuds is not working already....of course right outside of Best Buys return window, Very disappointed in this product.

The right earbud failed after two weeks. Disappointed -- was hoping these would last much longer given the high price tag and name brand recognition.

They have a pretty good design. Easy to use right out the box, just like any other beats. After wearing them for a while your ear will be begin to hurt or get fatigue. Ear hooks just need to be a little more softer.

Great headphones, my girlfriend would never use headphones until I bought these. Now she loves them. Peace and quiet for me!

I love these except for the fact that there's no way to truly "turn off" the headphones. I have left them out of the case a couple times and they completely died. Automatic ear detection is turned on as well.

I own these and apple AirPod pros and I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra $50 to get the noise cancellation and the lightness of the AirPods.

I bought them for farhers day and my husband used them for a few days and said they were very uncomfortable .

charging case could be smaller making the handling and carrying easier, the color is awesome but i dont understand why they didnt make the case matching the powerbeats ....

I am fan of beats headphones and i gave 3 chance to the same model but i had the same issue which is left and right buds does not sync properly. If one is working , another stops working for all of the trials.

My wife loves these headphones. They connect seamlessly to her phone and she uses it for calls at work and also to workout with. She really appreciates the gift.

This was my second pair that I’ve bought. This pair was actually a gift for my wife. I liked mine so I figured I grab her a set. I wear mine at work for 10 hours.

I love the sound quality but for some reason people can't hear me all the time when using these after all spent on these I'm bummed out

The case is the biggest issue here. It is too large to fit in your pocket. The earbuds themselves are difficult to reseat back into the case. The sound quality is disappointing for the price point. You hear everything in the background especially on airplanes. I should have just chose something from the Apple lineup even though I was really trying to stay away from them.
