Best Buy sucks

This company is ridiculous and should be held accountable . Ill never shop or recommend them to anyone

Constantly one earphone works and the other wont

Constantly having to spend minutes before a workout trying to pair and repair these because they always have one that works and the other doesnt. They are inconsistent and don't hold charge for long. Weak battery life and annoying connection to Bluetooth issues.
