found it 60us cheaper elsewhere without BestBuy addons of course but i don't use those apple services anyways so oh well

The quality was not what we had expected. Unfortunately we returned and bought another product, same brand. Hopefully he will like the replacement.

After one year batteries on one ear bud have greatly decreased. They are 21 one days out of warranty and Best Buy wont do anything about it. I get that they have a one year warranty, but you would think there might be a grace period. Pretty poor that you spend $250 on a product and only get one year out of it.

Liked the product in design and features . i noticed though after some hours you have pain on ears compare to apple earpod.

The left one does not maintain connection Usually one one works. Have to put is case and reset consistently

sound is amazing. the noise canceling feature works as well as, if not better than, both airpods & bose.

I hate my shipping dates kept getting changed, but end up getting them on the original shipping date. Love them. No complaints.

Purchased Dec 23rd 2023, in May started having problems with charging and bluetooth. June 10th 2024 won't charge and bluetooth won't work. My first pair of beats lasted years working perfectly, Apple owned beats are junk

Sound amd quality of headphones was the best bought they always disconnected from phone very annoying

The sound is clear, but they don't fit comfortable.

I purchased myself the red pair them decided to buy my son pair instead of the air pods and he loves them as much as I do.

I’ve purchased beats headphones for the last 8 years. I do love these headphones but, they do hurt the inside of your ears after a while..

They are great except they connect sometime while in the case and therefore it drains the battery. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.

I like it i want to buy a new one for my husband. I’ll highly recommend this item

They stopped playing music when I received a text and I had to restart them from my phone.

I've had these earphones for about 1 and half. They stopped working all togather the app isnt picking up the connection anymore, so I can't update them no more. The case to charge them stopped working as well. Unfortunate, honesty because you would think by paying a higher price you would be getting better quality and longevity. I'm not even mad just disappointed.

Service was great just replaced my broken ones and it was a smooth transaction.

These Beats were a combination birthday and Christmas gift for my younger son. He loves them and uses them all the time.

Charging dock was ineffective almost immediately after purchase. Left pod frequently wouldn't pick up a charge. And sometimes it was a quick fix, sometimes it would just pick up again a week later. Luckily when they do charge it's fast, but very unreliable and inconvenient when you pop headphones in for a race and they are dead despite "charging" them through the night.

These are a complete waste. They refuse to connect and even when they do, they disconnect themselves.
