not a good match for me

Left side earbud stopped working after 3 weeks

Apple will repair or replace it (just the one earbud) but I’ll be without earphones for a couple of weeks, and having to deal with all the shipping and customer support calls is a hassle. I would expect better quality for the price I’m paying.

Disappointed in quality from new

Like the fit but they don’t last beyond a year

The second pair one side stopped working then the left stopped working. Went to return I’m on my third visit. Apple makes the return process difficult So sick of Apple in general with the having to constantly purchase storage
