Great use for kids and adults. They are real easy to use

These are perfect for if you are working out, or need a pair of earbuds that won’t fall out. They have great sound, great battery life. But it comes with its flaws. It might just be the shape of my ear, but it felt too snug. Snug enough that it was enough pressure to start hurting the edge of my ears. It was very uncomfortable. Don’t let that push you away from buying this, it might just be me and a different experience for you. For being $250 and classified as “pro,” I would’ve expected a noise cancelling feature, but it does not come with that. Also I wish the sound was a lot louder. First time putting them on, I was at about 75% sound to be comfortable with listening (with just one of the earbuds on). Compared to the AirPods Pro, the volume level is much better on the AirPods than the beats. Overall it is a great quality wireless earbud that will fit your needs if you want great sound, tight fitting earbuds. (But maybe get these when they’re on sale). I did return these for the AirPod pros, just because of the pain the beats was making around my ear.

I was hoping that these headphones would sound better given that there beats but no, they do not. Apple does a lot of things well but headphones are not one of them. Apple needs a app specifically to alter sound with these headphones they create. I’m returning these today.

Great idea but the sound quality is unbelievably poor for any amount of money. I bought these for working out but I will be going back to the ones that came with the phone as I have already returned these to Best Buy

After a few used the right one would not charge anymore. Since I was past two weeks had to work thru Apple Care. Had complete replacement sent and again same problem after a few uses. So now having to work with Apple Care again.

I love them. They are incredible. I highly recommend .

Product didn’t last 3 months. Repair quoted for over $200!! No thank you. Product cost about that.

First of all,I returned a bad pair and got stuck with these being this was the only color they had in stock.These are loosing connectivity do not sound nothing like the first pair I had till they stopped working,then the color is horrible.I was going to return these the clerk told me I had 90 days to return them,well low and behold I try to look them up today to return and it said that on the 31rst this was the last day to be able to return them.I would love to simply receive a refund.Thanks in advance.

A well made branded product that is good but not great.

The left earphone did not work. Very disappointed as this was a birthday gift for my Grandson. So I gave a defective GIFT .... he had a birthday gift he could not enjoy........and now we wait on a replacement order.

So uncomfortable. Couldn’t get past putting them on. Returned.

This is great product with price. Definitely recommend.

These are pretty bad, the left one stopped working after a couple of months and support from apple directed me back to bestbuy which is not taking in ANY devices because of COVID19 so I'm stuck with a useless product.

Product worked great until just after the best buy return period. Now the left ear bud does not work, and no amount of resetting or following any YouTube "fix's" have worked. Very disappointed with my new $200 desk ornament.
