Pretty but that is it

Have trouble with one ear piece not working. No consistency into which one will work or not work. Do not even charge equally in the case. Color is pretty but function is not.

Won't charge..

It fails to charge both headphones.. It's a known issue and Apple has not resolved it.. I paid ALOT for this and it's unacceptable.

If you got an iPhone get AirPods. If you got an android, I don’t know what to tell you ( buy an iPhone).

No consistency in keeping charge. Worst purchase for earbuds ever. Make such to purchase warranty because they will go out.

My ears are soar from them just listening to music for 5 or 10 minutes. I returned and purchased airpods no pain and enjoyable!

Best buy does not replace defected Apple products you have to jump though hoops. A cheaper headset would work fine. This is only a hyped product.
