I don't recommend i bought yesterday but already have pain in my ears and it is very hard pair,i will try sonny earbuds

I have now bought 2 pairs and each have problems charging and staying charged in the case. I hoped second pair wouldn’t have same issue as first pair. Sent back to Apple on multiple occasions and the design of the charging case with connection to phone is very problematic leading to 0% charge after sitting in case and plugged in. Do not recommend for this reason alone.

At first i was in love. Then i realized that after about 20 mins of wearing them the ear grips had to be so tight that they would hurt my ears. If i loosened them they would not sit in my ear correct and sound terrible. So it was either bad quality or go through the pain. Not worth it. Got the bose version, 10 billion times better. No pain, noise canceling at all times, and sound is top notch. If you want more apple trash, get these, if you want to be trending, get air pods, if you want real wireless high quality, get bose

I’ve been using the Beats in-ear headphones for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. These headphones are not only stylish but also incredibly functional. I bought this for my boyfriend and he always complains about one side dying faster than the other side and sometimes one side doesn’t connect. I bought this less than 6 months ago.. My AirPod pro, one side would be 30-40% and the other side would be dead. It’s soOo annoying!! Apple products are soOo over priced. I feel like I’m paying for the packaging rather than the product itself.

3/5 due to all of the recurring connection and charging issues with these earphones. I've had these for almost a year and use them ~8+ hours, 5 days/week Overall the positives are that they sound good enough for being my workout and running earphones, they're completely wireless, have good battery life, and don't fall out of your ears, and they charge pretty quickly. As far as I'm concerned they're the best as far as design when they're working properly. The negatives are all around connectivity and charging for me. The earphones charge in their case via a small magnet on each earphone and a matching one in the case. The case has one light that lights up red when the headphones are being charged. The issue is if the earphones aren't placed perfectly in the case, they don't charge. Since there is only one light if one is charging and the other isn't there's no way of telling that until you turn them on and only one has playback. With that said they do charge quickly, it's just not ideal if they shut off 30 seconds into a run. The second downside is the connectivity issues. For no apparent reason these randomly have errors where one earphone is connected and the other isn't. The only way to fix this is to put both in the case and reset them. Some times the rest works, some times it takes a couple of tries. Again, not a huge deal but it's frustrating when it happens for no reason and in situations where you can't easily reset them.

Severe ear pain after one hour of listening. The sound quality was OK but not great. Not worth for $.

I think something wrong with them cuz they don’t stay charge I need to find a place to take them to so they can get looked at

The sound is not as clear as the Bose wireless, it cancels music for no reason, it has way too many small issues which is disappointing.

Got these on a Thanksgiving deal ordered for store pick up 2 hours later got notified they where ready and took me 10 mins to pick them up. Love the Beats they fit in my ears perfectably and when around the house i only need to put one in. Quality of sound great and for my usage the charge lasts a long time. The only con is that the charger does not come in a carry case that would be nice so you could then clip it on your purse or belt if needed other than that they are great the navy is a suttle color but nice - nothing but 100% for Best buy on price and service and 100% on the Beats earphones

They have really bad connection issues! Sometimes it takes me like 10 minutes just to get the pair up with my phone!!!

The design is totally flawed because it hurts the innermost part of my ear when I wear it. For 30 minutes wearing it, it’s already hurting my ears. I wish they have a better design.

To get a good warranty why should I buy one this is apple stuff if I have a problem with in 30 days you should honor that

Not a good choice faulty and not loud. I had to increase the phone sound to get the earphones louder.

They’re ok but not like Bose. The sound doesn’t have enough punch, however the ear straps and ease of use with apple make these a great choice for active people.

I purchased these for $250. Only one has worked after 3 months of use. I sent back to Apple twice and they returned both times saying they were good. Buyer beware

It was working great when I bought it and now it won't even connect to my Samsung s10+

Not even one year..water damaged because of sweat. I had to pay $30+tax...even tho i had a warranty

Only work half the time. The other half I have to reset them so they both sync when I take them out of the case. Completely unreliable for the pirce.
