I don’t review much and I am an Apple user. These do NOT pack much bass or go to much volume at all. I thought I upgraded but these have a low volume cap unless at the highest volume. The highest volume still doesn’t give much bass but gives highs which are to much. Go elsewhere if you want true accuracies.

I got for working out but they don't fit comfortably at all.

Left ear has started to not work after about a week of ownership. Honestly not worth the amount of money or frustration.

I returned them. I found the sound intensity too low. Also could not find comfortable fit.

They worked great when i first got them but after a month or 2 one of them stopped charging. You need to play with it so it can charge. Last thing you want is having one of them fully discharge when ur ready to work out. I do not recommend this craps.

I have had these headphones for barely over a year (Missed the manufactures warranty by 30ish days), and the right bud stopped charging. I have reset these things, re-connected and connected to different devices, and tried different power cords. I contacted Apple support and they won't even let me ship them to them to inspect them. I live about 2.5 hours away from the closest Apple store, and their only option for me was to take them there for a technician to inspect. The fact they won't even let me print out a shipping label is a bit ridiculous for $200 dollar headphones that broke in a year. My other option was $105 to replace the headphones, which if it's the case that's not charging them, won't even fix the problem. The headphones were great when they worked. Do some research and look online for the multiple reviews of them going downhill after 6 months. These were my favorite headphones out of all the headphones I've ever owned. I've had $30 soundpeats for 3 years that are "True Wireless" that have never had a problem. It's a shame really, cause Apple knows how to build better products than this.

When I started using sometimes sounds stops connecting problems. I don’t know how to solve this problem.

A bit disappointing on overall sound. They are decent for working out and walking but not great quality sound when just trying to enjoy music.

Wife loved them, but, sadly, 9 months after purchasing them, we need to take them to geek squad because the right piece no longer works.

Horrible product. Does not stay charged longer than a day even if you only listened to them for 1 hour and set them down. Case is too big and constant connectivity issues. Customer service sent replacement saying that should not have happened and still occurs. Defective by design.

Obviously great for staying in your ear hole so that’s nice. Sound is just ok, not a pair of thumping wireless earbuds by any means. Left side has stopped working after less than 3 months and they are not used more than a few times a week. Not damaged or dropped. Unable to reconnect left side with any device. Maybe hold back on using “pro” and power in the name.

Always delivers late especially usps. It takes 2 weeks to deliver. If possible choose a different company

They were so big that they hurt my ears as soon as i put them on.

to pay this price it is better to add a little more, go for the airpods Pro or jump to some bose qc2 or sony W1000

I really wanted to like these but they have some serious build, quality control, and software. Initially, the usb cable was faulty out of the box so I returned the product only to find the same issue with the second. Now I'm on the third pair. Also, the software integration was buggy and took several tries to integrate to the phone. Perhaps it was a production ramp for the Christmas Season but a definite thumbs down on these for now.

Hurt my ears. Could not get comfortable. Tried different ear pieces and still could not get comfortable.

Only had these headphones for two months and the right one stopped working soon as they became unreturnable

Battery is not good it only works for 3 hours and you have to re charge. Not happy

Needed to replace my old beats so I got these. Loved them, but had to return because they didn’t fit my ears properly and hurt after a few hours.
