Then one would connect or charge intermittently. After about 60 days won’t connect at all, either side. Just bought some Bose and they work flawlessly. The Beats will be getting sold as soon as they get fixed under warranty.

I had four incidents reported to Apple about one earphone not connecting correctly and discharging. On all occasions Apple support sent back with no problem found. I would not recommend these to anyone due to the charging case design.

I have a hard time keeping both ears paired to my phone, it seems to favor the left ear. The headphones also sync to devices when they are stored in the case. I will be on a handsfree call in my car and the headphones in the case in my bag will pair at random.

All of my callers stated, That I sounded muffled so for me it wasn’t worth the price so I Went back to my AirPods.
