Awesome earphones

Gets down to 50% after 6 hours of mid volume music playing. Gets to full charge after maybe <30 minutes of charging. They won't slip off the ear. Music quality is awesome. It does hurt the ears after some time, but it eventually goes away with daily use. Make sure to seat the headphones correctly into the case, because sometimes it won't charge if it's not seated correctly. Overall, great pair.

BUT THIS IS “NOT” ANYTHING CLOSE TO “RED”. I ordered a “RED” cellphone case, I got a RED CHARGING Cord for my phone and the beats are like a coral / orange. I was so irritated when I got them. Is it too late to return them ?

I get ear pain after 10 minutes

Switched to my Bose headphone and pain is gone. Was this lab tested in different shaped ears? May be silicone tips will be better. I feel bad to go back to the store and return it.
