Very disappointed I found the same productMuch cheaper on Amazon!

Bought this as a gift for my son. They wouldn’t stay in his ears and were uncomfortable

This is a great brand but they dropped the ball on these.

For an Apple product and at the price point, these are a disappointment. I consistently have issues with only one ear bud connecting, meaning I have to reset using the case. The case is clunky and feels cheap. Overall, not what I expected for the high price.

Sound was ok but hurt my ears even when wearing for short periods of time

Some reviews mentioned only average sound??? These are awesome! They approach the sound of my Bose over-ear headphones. I have used them for workouts and they stay put...no need to keep re-seating them in your ear...great design. There is a short learning curve to getting them correctly placed in your ear, but then it is easy. The case is the charger and is has an integral battery as well, so you can charge while on the go. Have I mentioned they SOUND AWESOME! Great bass and plenty of volume.

Do not buy refurbished.. shocked my ear and hasnt worked since

The sound isn’t as clear as it should be and when I’m talking in the phone it’s very garbled!

I can’t imagine losing one of these buds off of an ear, and that was my #1 priority for purchase. I wear glasses and there is no conflict around the ears. Bluetooth connection and distance is nothing short of phenomenal. They work extremely well with my Apple iPad, phone, and iMac. Love the volume controls + —. Siri works as well for no touch if needed. If there is a slight improvement needed it would be the sound stage. Needs a bit more of a “Live” sound. That being said, the Powerbeats Pro have powerful, accurate bass when given a quality recording. It has amazed me many times. The treble, mid-range, and bass are well balanced. I wanted these to wear outside while I do lawn work, but still be aware of my surroundings. They fit the bill. These will still be attached to my ears securely at the end of the work day. Great for listening indoors too. I was concerned about these not charging after reading some of the reviews. I just put them in the case very carefully and wait to detect the magnetic pull on each bud. I have not had a single time where they did not charge. Battery life is amazing and long. The big decision is not whether to buy these or not, but rather which color!

Expect more better sound i went back to my studio beats instead

These have already stop working. I have to use my AppleCare for repairs
