Serious sound. Nice bass. Very convenient controls. But the battery charging and bluetooth connection absolutely BLOWS! Serious enough for a two-star zinger. Don't think it's an issue? Try getting to the trial for 50-minute hike and you realize the extremely fussy charging terminals weren't precisely aligned to posts in the charging case on ONE of the phones and so it's go without one or go with just one. Or try getting into bed after a long day and a workout at the gym and you turn on the music on your phone and realize the Beats are in your vehicle in the console and they are STILL connected because you didn't perfectly align the charging connection. Awful. Just awful design. Love the sound. Love the ability to control volume without touching my phone. Hate the engineering.

Will not purchase again. Second pair. I returned the first pair for issues. This pair the left earbud will not keep the charge. Can’t return one day late.

I could not have been more disappointed with these headphones. They are difficult to put on your ear, they don’t sound any better than regular AirPods, and they don’t work with Apple’s FindMy app to locate them if they are lost.

This is my 4th pair of beats. I love the first year of it. Great sound, battery last all day, great connectivity. The second year, one stops connecting to Bluetooth or does not charge at all or the charge just last 20 minutes. Only recommend for one year.

Before buying the Beats Pros, I tried and returned the high end jaybirds and jabra water resist sport models as both seemed lacking on the low end (bass). Tried the beats Pros and also sounded a bit tinny till I put the larger sized ear buds on the earpiece (I tried all the ear bud sizes on the other brands and it didn’t make much difference if not worse.) the large size ear buds on the Beats Pros made a huge difference with awesome, rich, bassy sound and plenty of clean volume! Controls are easy to use and effortless pairing with iPhone-A screen actually pops up on its own when you open the box! I’ll be keeping these!! Stoked!!

Not a good product Just 1 is working and now I'm having problems to pair the one is working with my phone device

Earbuds loose connection with phone and 1 earbud doesnt have audio. Have to pair with phone everytime a call is made.

I bought these a little over a month ago and I can say with me owning the gen 1 airpods and listening to AirPods Pro that these are the best truly wireless headphones I’ve ever owned or listened to! They have amazing sound quality and base can be adjusted in settings if that’s an issue for you. I have worked out at the gym and played basketball in these and they never fell out or got loose in my ear. They have great sound cancellation and everything that they’ve claimed for these headphones have been true! They last me all day on a full charge and I love how they connect with the H1 Apple chip! I don’t regret this purchase at all!

I've been looking for wireless earphones with great sound quality. I've never owned beats but decided to try it out. I am so glad I did! The sound is great, the pairing is easy, they're comfortable and secured on your ear, and the battery life is incredible. The price is a little much but I don't regret it at all.

I BOUGHT THE BEATS PRO. BUT, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH PURCHASE THEY ARE VEY UNCOMFORTABLE AND OUTSIDE NOISE COMES IN. CALLS IS BAD SOUND QUALITY I SHOULD’VE NEVER BOUGHT THEM. NOW IS TOO LATE

As a runner who wears glasses (sunglasses or regular), I kept hearing a clicking sound. It was the earbuds constantly hitting the arms to both pairs of my glasses. What a disappointment!

Had to upgrade to these since my dog chewed up my pro beats 2 wireless with wires connecting. These don’t block out background noise like my other ones , not really impressed with these.

Was really excited to use these for the gym. Fit and sweat resistance were main concerns, and they fit better than any headphones I've owned, and didn't cut out due to sweat. Issue is the right ear piece would repeatedly disconnect, despite full battery. No way to turn it on, unless I put them back in the case and repaired them. Would work great for 15-20 minutes, then right ear would turn off again. After this happening a half dozen times in a 2 hour workout, I gave up. To be honest, the sound quality isn't even all that great. Decent, but nothing spectacular, and volume doesn't get loud enough. Ended up With JBL for a third of the price, that don't fit as well, but get louder and so far haven't disconnected. Really wish these would've worked out, as I love the fit, but when one quits halfway through a run, it's certainly not worth the overinflated price.

Disappointed!!!!!!! They cut in and out and were difficult to connect to blue tooth on android and iphone! they fit well and the ANC is nice

Had these for almost a year and last week one stopped working, and the other is starting to go out. Going to try and return them for a new pair, hopping it's just a fluke

Very disappointed with sound. Also felt like I had to reset every other day, shouldn’t have been issues since it was connect with iPhone.

These headphones really hurt my ear if you are looking for good wireless headphones I think AirPods are the way to go

Decent when they work, but they don’t work for long. This was my second pair to give them another chance after I got them a few years ago. Just bought them in late June and now at the end of august the left one does not work and the right one has static. Didn’t drop them or anything, just one day stopped working. Reset them, disconnected, restarted phone, nothing fixed them. Disappointed that they are putting out such low quality products now. P.S. the first pair broke pretty quickly as well.

I was very apprehensive of spending almost $200 on earbuds. But I’m glad that I did. I work 12 hour shifts and am able to listen to music/audiobooks while I’m working. I can only have one earbud in at a time so the fact that they work independently of each other is great. I love the fact that the case itself stays charged, so that when one earbud is at a low charge I can switch it for the other fully charged earbud. Then the low earbud will start to recharge itself in the case. They are very comfortable over the ear. I also like the fact that they will read a text to you when you receive one. The only complaint that I have, is that I wish that the case was a bit slimmer so it would fit more easily in a jeans pocket.

One ear bud stopped charging after 5 months. For the money paid, I expected better quality.
