Great earphones but the speaker didn’t work and Apple wouldn’t directly handle the issue because they are made by a third party.

NAH I wasn't impressed at all I actually return this item and got me the apple air pods. ( noise reduction was all that)

Purchased these earphones for the gym and yard work. Over they perform great with sold battery life. Charging is a much different story; most times only one side charges even when carefully seating both sides in the case. I replaced the first set under warranty when the left side stopped charging altogether. Replacement pair worked great initially but now after charging one side is typically fully charged and the other side completely dead. While I really enjoy these earphones the ongoing problems with charging, now including the second pair, will have me considering another brand when eventually replacing.

Doesn’t charge I want it to be replaced because there’s some problem with these beats .

I purchased these less then a month ago.. the earbud on my left ear is already messing up .. it won’t work half the tome

I’ve had several pairs of wireless headphones. A couple pairs of AirPod Pros, QC Bose, and now these. These have been my favorite. I use them mostly for working out. I had difficulty keeping the others in my ear and have had zero trouble with these. Battery life on the Powerbeats are great. On top of that plenty of features on the buds themselves (pause, play, skip, repeat, and volume). I also had trouble with other brands being a lot easier to lose track of. Highly recommend!

Did not care for it. Bad fitting and the wireless was dropping all the time. Maybe it's me but could work for someone else.

They aren’t what I expected. The left ear bud won’t charge.

I purchased these with the sole intention to use them for working out. They stay in well and sound very good. I think these are the best sounding wireless earbuds I own. The bass is punchy and the highs are crisp. They have the classic Beats sound profile so the midrange is a bit muffled. I really like the button layout with volume and pause/play buttons on each earpiece. My one knock on these is the case is massive. I have to leave the case behind to work out, unlike the classic AirPods. All said in done I use them for more than just working out because of how well they sound but the original AirPods are still king of everyday use.

Not even a month later The case doesn’t want to charge the left bud any more

I purchased these in 2020. Three years later, one of the earbuds dies significantly faster than the other. I charge them both at the same time always, so it’s very annoying. They also have started randomly disconnecting from my phone every once in a while. Before this started happening, I liked the product. Phone calls and music were clear. I’m disappointed that only 3 years later I’m having issues. I’ll be trying a different brand instead of purchasing the same headphones again.

So bulky. Why would i want these when I can have the AirPods pros? Doesn't sound as good as the AirPod pros either.

Issues with update caused pairing issues. Returned for something different.

The sound is real flat. No bass at all. Don't waste your money. Wish you could try them before you buy.

Great headphones! Love the quality and sound so much I bought my boyfriend a pair. I am giving 4 stars because not only did my charging case fail within a month of purchasing my boyfriends charging case did as well less than a month in. Not sure why, but I have friends that have similar headphones and have experienced the same thing, They do eventually end up working but you never really know when the headphones are charging or not until you begin using them.

Was really expecting a lot when we ordered these headphones, due to the high price. They did not disappoint at all, and was worth every penny. Sound quality is crystal clear with nice bass added, and most importantly they are sweat resistant. I have not ran into connection problems either which is a bonus. The only problem I have is that they are not noise cancelling. If not turned to a high volume, you can hear others talking in the gym, which is quite distracting for me. The case is big, but you don't really need to carry it around due to the fact the battery life is incredible on a full charge. Last thing is that I wish they beats logo on the headphones was white or some noticeable color, instead of dark black. I am just being petty at this point, but still... Fantastic headphones overall!
