The charge box is no close very well and they earphones keeping without charge

I have had these headphones years ago but they got lost when my family was in an accident. I have had several other replacements but nothing ever matched the comfort, sound and ease of operation that these headphones gave me. They were always comfortable and I love the tap on the side to operate them.

They were ok just the sound wasn’t as good at the iPod pro

Quickly ordered for my friend as a gift, later realized it uses Apple connector to charge which is not compatible with everything else as my friend does not use Apple. She has to carry an incompatible Apple cable in additional to standard USB C cable. This is the reason I never use any Apple products.

I found very uncomfortable. They kept falling off of my ears.

I’m loving my new beats, they are light and most important they stay in my ear. They also talk and tell If you want to answer an incoming call. They connect my apple watch too.

Worst Bluetooth wireless headphones. Connectivity issues from day one. Every single person I spoke to on the phone using these said they couldn’t hear me or I sounded muffled, no matter what I tried. I went back to my original AirPods out of frustration with these. Do not buy!

The ear fittings were not comfortable. The sound quality was mediocre. Poor call quality, Mic for hands free calls were poor compared to other head phones. One side kept shutting off despite being 100% charged. The buttons on the side didn’t work. This could have been a defective product.

Sound quality is terrible getting help from apple not the best even when I did update and reset like they said they made me feel like I wasn't doing something right! If they don't work they don't work it does not cancel background noise like it says plus they're super pricy. Wouldn't recommend

They work. Good battery, sound quality and ear-fit

The audio quality is great The comfort is amazing. The problem is the charging box is horrible. It almost never charges the left side even though it's placed in there correctly. When you pull them out sometimes one will link and not the other, which means you have to constantly put them in and out of the box. There's nothing more frustrating than giving you the gym and only having one earpiece that's charged. I fought with them for over 3 months and finally just gave up. It's too bad too because they're actually really nice once they're both charged and they both work.

Hurt like I had my head in a vise. Bought them for a flight from El Paso to Savannah, and by Houston I was ready to throw them out. The hooks hurt, a lot. And judging by how much these have dropped pricewise, I can see why. Went with JBL UA Rock edition, and far better comfort.

These are the best wireless headphones I then ever had in my life. You can hear all the sound such as bass and high hats. Rather its podcast or music they provide the perfect sound. After having them for 3 years. I accidentally wash them and they still work like there brand new. I recommend these wireless headphones to everybody

I ordered these as a gift for my dad and they broke twice. I had to get them replaced through best buy and they neglected to the replace the 2nd pair even though those broke as well. I reached out to Apple and ended up purchasing the airpods instead. These are overpriced overhyped junk.
