Because of how they’re designed they won’t fall out of your ears and use them for the gym as even the new AirPods Pro tend to fall out. Cons: the case is pretty big compared to the AirPods and while the noise cancellation is great you can’t have a conversation with them on if you are around people

Lost a previous pair of my Powerbeats Pro. Ordered previously through best buy always quick shipping and delivered early both times. My headphones were in perfect condition they packed them safely. Much appreciated! Also love these headphones the clarity of the music or phone calls is fantastic. Also great fit on my ears.

I've had these earphones for 3 years and they work great! Pretty tough earphones, good for exercising and I even use them in the freezer and they hold on pretty well!

Good neutral sound. Works without requiring connection to an app. Short battery life (but gotta compromise with the size). Very poor connectivity. If I leave my room the sound gets cut off. When this happens, the sound on each earpiece often gets out of sync and I have to reconnect them. Requiring a Lightning cable for charging is dumb. Should've been USB-C. After wearing them a while, my ears kind of hurt. Even after adjusting the bands. The set doesn't come with alternatively sized ear pieces either, which could've helped with the light irritation. Ultimately, I think I'll return these.

Overall build material felt cheap and was very uncomfortable i liked how the headphones wrapped around the ear but the sound was terrible it felt like music was playing from down the hall

I barely had these and they quit working. The right earbud would not hold charge. If you do not buy the warranty dont waste your money because they wanted me to pay to have it fixed after only a couple months of use.

Delivered sooner than I expected, very pleasantly surprised. This new version of the headphones is lighter and stays in place even with running.

One ear bud won't consistently charge despite being perfectly seated in charging case. This is apparently a common problem with Powerbeats Pro. I will be returning these.

Wow. Stopped working on one ear couple weeks ago. can’t be returned now. So basically only worked for 3 months. Way too expensive to have this issue. So angry. i do not recommend this brand.

These headphones never fully charged. While I had them hooked up for the initial charge the light turned off. The headphones stopped connecting to my phone and never turned back on. They were only 4 hours old. Complete waste of money.

Though I was getting a deal when I purchased them only to return them . Sound quality was not what I expected. So I decided to just get air pods . If you want a whole lot of treble and no bass then you might just like these probeat headphones

Bought this for my mom, as Mother’s Day present. She loved it! Was so grateful for a new pair, she loves the dainty pink ‘b’ that is surrounded by the rich navy. Sound quality is spectacular and it stays in her ears.

These are the best ever wireless headphones! I did extensive reviews and decided on these and I’m not disappointed at all. I love how easy they are to put in. I love the sound. I love how they operate along side of apple like Siri etc. The one touch operation is so easy and convenient with both sides working separately yet together. I love how they work along side my Apple Watch and iPhone. They are such a great purchase in so many ways and I’m so happy I choose these.

My power beats with the cord finally broke and I upgraded to the beats fit pro. Total regret, the sound quality was not nearly as good and the wing hurt my ear so bad. I returned them and got the power beats pro instead and they are the best. Sound quality is awesome they are comfortable and light and work great for my workouts.

TLDR: The most expensive Bluetooth headphone I've bought but equal or worse in every way except for fit. Strong Pro: Comfy and secure fit even during exercise. Pro: Call quality. Static free. People don't hear noise around me. Good battery life out of charging case. Con: Despite keeping updated I get regular inexplicable connection issues on newer and fully updated Android phone, Dell laptop, and custom built PC. They don't turn themselves off after some X amount of time if left out of case even if disconnected from device and/or no media streaming to it. It's not the fault of this product but I went to BestBuy to purchase a specific headphone that met my requirement that it have noise canceling. The employee at the register recommended I get this instead and assured me they have noise canceling. They do not but I trusted the employee to know their stuff.

My daughter love these pods. They do not slip off easily. They stay secured to the ears while working out. The sound is very clear. Definitely recommend this product. I will be purchasing my own or will be blessed with a set for Christmas. Ha HaHa

They have the best sound I have ever experienced. I tried AirPods, Bose headphones and some others. So far this is the nicest fit.

I really like the sound and the way these ear buds fit in the ear, however they are cumbersome to initially get to fit in the ear, and I have had a lot of issue with charging. Either one or the other ear bud does not seem to charge to 100%. A few times I have put the ear buds in the charging case, plugged in and when I open to use them, one of the sides is dead. I have tried cleaning the connections, but still have this issue.

This will be my 4th pair of beats pros that ive purchased from Best Buy. This pair is for my wife. I have 2 pair and i also purchased a pair for my son. They're reliable, sounds good and i dont have to worry about them falling out.
