Finally got these headphones in the mail and I am so happy with them! The sound, accessibility, feel, and weight are all perfect. Very very happy with my decision to return my AirPods and replace them with these.

Not happy with sound quality. Considering getting AirPods.

Sound is horrible if I am talking on the phone people can’t hear me at all

Where do I begin. I've had these buds for a little over a month and I totally regret not returning them. I wear these when I go to bed because, the one positive, they wrap behind your ear which keeps them from falling out I listen to music. With that being said, the button on the buds are so sensitive I'm constantly pausing my music or video. The features don't work as well with a droid and the biggest complaint is that the right earbud has a tendency not to charge so when I put them on the left earbud is 100% and the right is at 0%. This has happened 3 times so far. The case sucks as well because it is so slippery and hard to open. I'll end up selling these and stick with my cheaper ones that work so much better. Sound quality is pretty decent though, if you don't mind wearing only one earbud.

The only issue I have is the portability of the carrying case due to the size. It really doesn't fit in a pocket, but you can get an after market rubberized self adhesive shell for the charging case which gives you the ability to use a carabiner to clip in on a belt loop. The ear hooks are fully adjustable. If done correctly, they will stay in without an issue. Upon purchase, and for significant improvement of the sound quality and functionality, install the Beats app from Google Store, which shows you current charge status on both the case and each ear piece as well as allow the headphones firmware/software to be updated which corrects many of the connectivity issues I have seen in other reviews. Apps usually have audio settings and adjustments available within the app much like Spotify does. When listening to Spotify, there are some adjustments under Advanced Settings (Equalizer). When using my PC and laptop, there are audio settings through Windows. Right click the Speakers icon in lower right, then > Sounds > Playback > Powerbeats Pro > Properties > Advanced. You should see a check box with “Disable Enhancements” in that tab. With available audio adjustments, the sound is top notch and worth the expense. When putting the headphones on, it automatically connects to the paired device and powers up. If you remove them while listening to music, they will resume once you put them back on. You can use the one at a time if, for example, you are driving and need to take a phone call. Battery capacity usage time is very impressive. I use mine for a few hours daily. It took about a weeks’ time for me to have to charge the case.

They work amazing and don’t fall out ever and they charge rapidly

I got them today after ordering them on new years day! Got to say I love them, I will be using them when flying and doing online school as I tend to have a hard time with the string earphones espescially with being a cat dad! I love the sound quality of them, and I don’t mind a bulky case much since I tend to loose them if they aren’t bulky and know where I put them or lost them so thats a plus. I had the wired powerbeats (the one where the wire connecting both is in the back) a while back (2018) and I lost them. So im glad they made a new version of ones with no wires.

The stopped charging havent even had them a year yet

I loved the buttons on the ear buds. Easy to connect to my phone. They kept a good charge. The headphones hurt my ears really badly. I wish they were a little louder as well. The reason they hurt my ear could have just been the shape of my ear. Nevertheless, they were very painful to wear. The circular part that the ear bud is on is the part that hurts. That’s the best way that I could describe it. I returned them for air pods. I’m not really a fan of AirPods because they always fall out of my ear. But they don’t hurt when I wear them. So, still searching for a good pair.

What I love about my earbuds is the quality of sound and the battery life. Oh yeah and they fit on my ear just love them.
