These are phenomenal headphones and I must say after going through the red lava ones getting these is a step up style wise…

I'm super disappointed in these, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I thought I would try them after my Powerbeats 3 stopped working within a year of purchase. I purchased these in November and the left bud stopped taking charge in August. I do nothing but use these for the gym. They are either in my gym bag, on the charger, or in use. I don't understand why they couldn't even make it a year. Due to my experience with the Powerbeats 3, I purchased the warranty. I was set up under false pretense. I asked if I would be able to go to any Best Buy to get it taken care of and was told that was all I would have to do, but apparently you have to set up an appointment with Geek Squad and they send them out. I don't know when I get them back. I don't know if I will get a new pair or if they will try to repair these. All I know is what I paid and that I now have NO headphones. I bought the Bose wireless ear buds for my boyfriend and I will tell you that the sound, the battery, the ease of use, the warranty and the overall quality is better with those.

Quality build headphones and where a good price for 150 dollars

They are very clear when listening and talking. Callers are impressed with the clarity.

Love these they stay in place and I’m not afraid of losing them

They feel nice around the ear and they stay in; however, they have connectivity issues. If connecting to you Apple Watch, Garman, etc for a run they either don’t connect and you have to remove them from your Bluetooth and reload them to the phone or one will just connect. It’s what keeps them from getting all stars.

I have the AirPods but doing things like lifting weights just doesn't work out. The design of these make sure that they stay in your ear and don't fall out.

these ear buds are comfortable , easy to operate , i recieved them the next day ... Awesome , would recommend !!!!

Great I love them .they don't fall off of my ears and are very comfortable.

Nit a fan of these headphone at all and will be returning. The sound quality is good, but the lack of a power button is baffling. I cant leave the headphones in for a phone call because no one can hear me, so i take them out and they are suppose to sense that they arent in my ear and turn off. Except that it thinks my hand is my ear and switches the bluetooth on and off repeatedly. Driving in your car with the headphone in there? My phone still send the music to the headphones and not the car. Dont have the bulky charging case with you at all times? Batteries on the headphones will die because they are always on. The addition of a power button would alleviate all of my gripes about these headphones, but im returning these for something more functional.

I have gone through two pair of these, and I absolutely love them! But every time there is an issue, they tell me it’s out of warranty because of “damage” but the damage is something like the mesh on the headset is missing. Not my fault! so always buy the AppleCare, it’s only $29 

Really Nice head phones , really enjoy having them while I work

Purchased about 1.5 years ago. Initially pleased with connection, sound, and comfort of fit. After about a month, the charging case became inconsistent. The headphones, when placed in the case, must be carefully and precisely aligned. Then, it's risky to close the case or transport it at all after placing the headphones in them because essentially every time one of the headphones will come off the charger and drain the battery to 0% (even if not connected to your device). I can't take these headphones in a gym bag or leave them in the car, otherwise the slight jostling will dislodge a headphone from the charging port and it will drain to 0. Then, I go to work out and have to carefully align them with the charger and wait for 10-15 min for a decent enough charge to last my workout. Terrible design.

Great sound, but issue with one side (right) and charge not holding and disconnecting

Very impressive - the sound is a strong 4.5 (some distortion) and you must firmly place BOTH in charger if you want them both fullly charged. The convenience (over the ear moldable hook is pure genius& gets an additional .5 point!!) I never feel as though im going to loose onne of the -its empowering!!

The buds don’t last as stated. Charged was 9:00 am to 9:am leaves 9:am for yoga gets back @ 10:30 ! Battery say 18% charged on the app and on the iPhone 14.
