VERY POOR CHARGING

Not charging one ear bud

Painful in my ear and looses audio

Waste of money

They lose connection everything I try and use them, have to reset them to pair back up. And only one side of the headphones work. iPhone shows 99% on right side and 6% on left everytime! Went to store to exchange and they told me I had to do it at the Apple store! Even tho I bought the BEST BUY protection plan!
