I've had the headphones for about 3 months now, and I'm starting to have issues with the charging dock. I can place the earbuds in the case, everything looks great, but when I go to use them, one is dead. Initially, it was every now and then, but now it's just about every charge. If you're carrying these in a backpack...good luck, they'll never charge.

I am comfortable with my buy. The different options of earphone buds size is a plus. I have very small ears and they have never fallen out.
