These are by far the best ear buds I’ve purchased!! Connecting them to my iOS devices was a snap and the sound quality is fantastic!!

These wireless earbuds have amazing sound, excellent technology and easy to setup..they basically set themselves up!

I continue to fight to get these in my ear. The case is very annoying, bulky and disgusting. It keep slipping out of my hand and when it falls the headsets go flying in different directions. Apple need to do better with the design of the case and the headset over the ear portion.

can't stop using them everywhere battery seams to last forever which i like because i usually forget to charge them.

Have multiple pairs that are very efficient, with great sound.

Definitely needs improvement as far as the charging case holding down the ear buds down so that they actually charge when you throw them in your bag.

Sound quality is great and fit is spot on. Ability to change the silicone tips allows for a personalized fit. Highly recommended.

Used for streaming movies and taking calls and a few work outs no complaints held up and sound quality is beats quality so no complaints there.

My husband and kid got them, they are great, non slip or would not fall off ears. Great purchase

I was going to buy the Apple AirPods but went with these instead because of the over the ear extension they have. I have a hard time making earbuds stay and these go on so secure, it really is easier to have have earbuds without the cord. I haven't used the Apple ones but I like the feel and sound of these.

Love the product but will not buy ever again at Best Buy due to your sham return policy of two week return, (two weeks....Really!!). Making a customer buy a warranty is just a money maker for your company. Total joke. Fortunately the Beats Co. was great to work with no warranty needed with them. We will be buying all electronics from other companies that have reasonable return policies from now on!!! Love your Geek squad computer help department will continue to use them and the protection plan.

Loving this item so far. Having some issues connecting this to a Surface Pro though but otherwise works as expected.
