I was disappointed that I had to return my first pair after a few weeks because one of the EarPods quit working. I was pleased that Best. It quickly replaced them since I was within 30 days of buying them. I was able to use them the same day before I even charged them with the existing charge. Good service by Best Buy. Quality control issue for Apple.

Great headphones

My first beats so other types may be different. My only issue is not as loud as I would like. I use them at work in a shop so it's noisy. Comfort in ear is good. The arm on it took some use to. I wear them 6+ hours at a time sometimes. Battery is great. I'm very happy with this purchase

Powerbeats Pro - Great Investment

I like them better than the AirPods Pro. The AirPods Pro where always falling out of my ears and I was afraid I was going to lose them. The Powerbeats Pro do not fall out of my ears. They are very easy to use. I love using them when I am walking on the treadmill. It is easy to change songs while you are walking or running. They are also good when talking on the phone.
