Powerbeats Battery Problems

I don't see well and couldn't find anyone to replace the batteries including Best Buy. I then purchases Powerbeats pro. They worked great until the charging station failed. I purchased another set of Powerbeats. My old pair went out of warranty and neither Apple or Best Buy would repair the defective charging station. Apple offered to sell me a new charging station for $100. I declined thinking the battery in the earphones wouldn't last given Apple planned obsolescence. I understand now why there are 2 class action suits against Apple for the problems with batteries for this product. I also learned you can purchase a charging station on Amazon for just over $30. I did so. it works fine and I gave my old Powerbeats to my daughter.
