Sound quality was good but I had to return them for ear buds ! Turns out my ears are small and can’t use them!

SO BAD

But my number 1 issue is they keep breaking. One ear piece stops charging, waiting for my 2nd return from the Apple store. Such a waste of time going up the highway 6 exits to the Apple store to return to have fixed.

Disappointing

One of the earphones will be 100% charged and the other one will be completely dead even after sitting on the charger overnight. Finally got fed up rolling the dice if I will have music every time I go on a run or workout. Looked on my Best Buy account and I haven't even had these earphones for a year. For the price I paid for these headphones, I would expect them to last much longer than this. When they work, they work great. But at this point, it's only half of the time, if that.
