Customer Ratings & Reviews

These are defintely an improvement on the old ones.

They don’t fall out. They’re perfect for working out

This is perfect! Exactly what we were looking for.

Would purchase again, good for someone who is active.

Sound quality is great, they stay on your ears fantastically, battery life is quite impressive last close to 9 hours of runtime, love the charging case overall extremely happy with this purchase!!

Wow, were these earbuds an epic disappointment, especially based on the reviews of them. I was expecting a whole lot more quality sound to them then they really offer. Their biggest failing, while the sound quality is good and well balanced, is the sound is too distant from the ear canal, no matter what tips are used, to be what I'd want from earphones of this price point, so they ultimately sound tinny. Love how easily they paired and how great the controls of them were, but they're going back to the store, because the sound deficiencies don't remotely make these worth the money - I'll stick with SoundSport Frees instead, annoying as their battery case power turnoff deficiency is. Didn't like how big the charging case was either, it could easily reduced by a third.

The best headphones out there that I have ever owned

Got my husband these as a present and of course beats never disappoints for his gym sessions!

love that these are wireless and keep a good charge

I give Best Buy 10 stars rating not 5 I love buying all of my electronics from Best Buy they're the best!!!

I love the sound and the unique color. They fit perfectly around my ears and never irritate me. I enjoy them when I workout and relax at home. They are amazing and I’m happy that I bought them.

East to use comfortable Set right up on the I phone

Like them so much I will recommend them to a friends

Thank you for selling such a great item I love them.

Good pods for working out. Very durable and comfortable

I love my beats! I would recommend these to any one.

I bought this for my fitness training and fits very well in ears. This is good fit and will not fall down when your running. The sound quality is way better and I can hear the beats.

I loved them for the week I had them. Until my 37-year-old Mom brain left them in a hotel and housekeeping swears they "couldn't find them" I recommend them, but don't be absent-minded like me.

They fit so snug like nothing’s there, and battery life is great!

Though these are amazing I just could not get them to fit my ear! Sound quality was good but I had to return them for ear buds ! Turns out my ears are small and can’t use them!
