Customer Ratings & Reviews

Needed to replace my original Powerbeats. I fully enjoy the sound and new functions of the Pro’s...pricey tho!

Love these headphones. However, i use them with an Android phone s22+ and the sound volume could be better. Otherwise great product.

Love them. Fit my ears perfect. Sound is amazing. Have hard time finding ones that fit my odd ears.

Great headphones. Sound is very good . The color makes them easy to find. I would recommend them.

They're great they feel very comfortable and the sounds sounds great

Soft to the ear, noise cancellation, does not fall when running

Like them a lot because the sound is great and they don’t fall off. I mainly use them for working out.

Good sounds. Sometimes one headphone doesn’t connect but overall good quality

The best sound out of any headphones I’ve used, very comfortable around the ear and simple to use.

Excellent sound and charge lasts for days! I upgraded my old beats after using for almost 4 years.

I love them! The sound very clear anf the battery life is extremely long.

If you see these on the app then return immediately!! if you don't you just bought the most frustrating product. This letter was the third time I sent the product to apple for repair. Do me a favor look at the time stamps on the pictures (top left). Then look at the letter and email. You will not get support; the case is defective and now I have a $200 dollar product I want to through at the wall after 4 months of trial.

The Beats used to be a great pair of earbuds; but their quality has fallen significantly. With a brand-new pair of a version that supposedly has an improved battery life, more often than not after even a good 12 hrs of non-use and plenty of powering up, I have difficulty connecting and the report is that the left-side headphones have single-digit % power. Either their storage container fails to share a battery charge across all 3 key parts of the earbuds or there is a regular auto-connect with my iPhone - even after I tell my phone to forget the earbuds for their battery protection - that drains the batteries in a really stupid fashion. This is the last time I'll buy the Beats earbuds. I've given up.

Great headphones. Reliable. Especially if you use them for working out. Sweat and heat resistant, even in the sauna.

Great product!! Never crazy about the air pods so really like the over the ear feature. Great sound!

Very good. Sounds is very good easy to connect. Easy to controll . Easy to keep up with

PITA have to download an app to use them, and the bass SUCKS. Tried them out, returned them immediately. Terrible quality for the price. Granted, i listen to rock, but these are called BEATS...so why such terrible, tinny sound?

I love them, the only thing is that the colors are just 3

Have purchased 5 sets of these. 1 for me when they 1st released and the rest as gifts for friends and family. Best hands free headset I have ever owned. Use them everyday for music and phone calls.

Love these for the gym!! No need to worry of these coming off your ears I’ll tell u that! Good sound quality if u like a lot of bass.
