Not worth the money

Worth the money

Working the buttons could be a little tricky. Othewise good product

Good for working out

Overall I like the product just don’t like the resetting!

NOT AS GOOD AD THE EARLIER MODELS

Not happy with this.

Very disappointing

Some days both earbuds will connect and some days only one will connect. It’s extremely frustrating to spend this amount of money and there is erratic connection. I bought Apple Care which doesn’t take care of the problem. I have to drive 30 minutes to an Apple Store to maybe fix the problem instead of getting them replaced at Best Buy where I purchased them. Best Buy is a third party which is a problem. Online forums haven’t helped at this point. I, maybe mistakenly, understood that Beats earbuds were especially made to work with IPhones. No dice in my case. Very disappointing.
