These earbuds continually to be erratic in connecting with my IPhone. Some days both earbuds will connect and some days only one will connect. It’s extremely frustrating to spend this amount of money and there is erratic connection. I bought Apple Care which doesn’t take care of the problem. I have to drive 30 minutes to an Apple Store to maybe fix the problem instead of getting them replaced at Best Buy where I purchased them. Best Buy is a third party which is a problem. Online forums haven’t helped at this point. I, maybe mistakenly, understood that Beats earbuds were especially made to work with IPhones. No dice in my case. Very disappointing.

I loved them, I'm no audiophile, but I used them while doing sweaty manual labor. they worked great and initially had a days worth of battery life, then right after a year they'd start only charging for an hour of play time. so disappointing from this trusted brand name, there's so few options in this ear fitting model, but just can't buy Beats again.

These wireless earphones are great! They stay in the ear great and sound amazing!

Great sound quality. Blocks out all other noises. No transparency mode though, bum deal. I still have a toddler so it would be nice to switch it on and off when I needed. BULKY carrying/charging case & if you lose or break your case, there’s no way to charge the headset.

Like some others have stated, these units don't both stay connected to my device. I use these at the gym M-F. 70% of the time when I'm putting these on that the gym, one won't be connected. They take turns doing this and I usually have to remove them and re-pair them and then they work again, until next time. Sometimes, when I proceed to re-pair them, they won't get detected by my device at all. Then I get to listen to awful gym music which irritates my endlessly. I hate having to spend 5 minutes every morning futsing with these things. I've also reset them countless times and updated their firmware via the mobile app. I should have been more critical of them at first because my period to return them passed a couple week's ago. Thankfully, I paid for AppleCare, so they're sending me new ones. I'm hopeful these were just defective and will update this if that's the case. In the meantime, I've gone back to my wireless Bose SoundSports which are connected to eachother via a cable. I was trying to get away from which is why I got these. While that part is annoying about them, they are rock solid in performance.

I purchased these after having multiple issues with our airpod pros. These are great. Easily connect and stay in your ears.

So far these headsets are GREAT. As far as the bluetooth goes these are better than anything we have tried. We tried 3 different head sets and returned them because the bluetooth kept cutting off walking around the house. These do NOT cut off, good strong connection, and the sound is better than the others

The quality is good. Nice colors. It has a good carrying case. Secure on the ears.

thought it was necessary to have and im glad we got it. always have this on anything over $100. definitely worth it. bought them for me, now my wife uses them more

I had the earlier versions of the beats and with the removal of the cords makes this model even better. I wish the case was a little bit smaller but what can you do!

Came in to buy new ear plugs. It was both Fast and simple with my best buy credit card

These fall out often and have a hard time fitting in the case

Love the quality. These are light and the sound quality could not be better.

Pros: Perfect in ear fit and secured well by the over the ear piece. Pretty good at canceling out surrounding noise, great for movies, music, videos and unlike most also good for working out and calls/podcasts. Cons: Takes a little time go get used to the over the ear part. The charging station is huge and bulky. Battery life sucks.

Awesome sound and last a long time on a charge would advise anyone to get these
