I have had the headphones for about 2 weeks now and have not had any issues working out or making/receiving calls. The sound is not as loud as previous beats but loud enough when listening to music. When on the phone I can hear the other party perfect and have not had anyone say anything bad or they cant hear me.

I just love these they are the best ever. It allows me to do different other things on my job while I am on calls. I work from home so I need these so I could have my hands free and be listening to my clients and typing at the same time without my phone falling or hurting my neck. Thank you Best Buy for the best ear experience ever.

Wonderful gift for my husband he loved them perfect for his line of work. He doesn’t worry about them falling out on accident also he can wear one at a time so one is completely charged at all times. Just perfect he says.

I came from the Airpods gen 1. These are leaps and bounds better and definitely the best wireless earbuds I've every used. I bought 2 year apple care and plan to continue to get these earbuds for years to come.

The sound is awesome, but I found that the ear pieces are uncomfortable. I tried all 4 sizes and none were comfortable. I do love how quickly they paired with my iPhone and iPad. Another Con is the color selection. Other than black, the other colors are terrible. I ended up picking blue which is okay.

Great sounds, ease to get and stay on the ears. My v only problem is learning how to use them.

I can’t do ear buds as they fall out my ears when I flex them (I have that control) so the Powerbeats are my go to headphones for workouts and any media consumption. I’ve owned the Powerbeats 3 and the pros are better designed in my opinion as there are not a lot of open ports where water or fluid can enter them as charging is done in the case. Battery life is excellent, I’m able to use them all day at work or home, then charge over night if need be and ready to go the next day. Sound quality is amazing especially when paired to the Apple Watch when I leave my phone at home and calls come in clear.

I caught these on sale for 199. I'm happy with my purchase. Took some getting used to. They made my ears kind of sore and red at first but after adjustment I couldn't be happier. Only complaint is occasionally when I'm using bluetooth in my car and charging the headphones they will make my phone disconnect.

I love them as they wrap around my ear but sometimes they don’t function right or connect now I can’t do a warranty exchange because the cashier they day I bought them never put it on and when I went back to put it on they said it was too late so I’m super upset huge investment for nothing !

Love the fit - I must be one of the only people in this world where all other earbuds just don't fit correctly in my ears. Then these come out and WOOHOO - They Fit Perfectly!

I love these. The only minor issues that I have is I wish they were more sound blocking and its been happening more than usual but only one earphone will connect. I'll take them off and put them back in the case and the situation will still happen. I have to reset them quite a bit. Other than that I wear them ALL the time!
