Not consistent in charging

It's frustrating.

Solid headphones. Charging option needs improved

Similar to the Jabra headphones I had previously. Only complaint I have is when you have them on the charger the headphones sometimes aren't recognized as charging because the contacts have to be RIGHT on the charger correctly. If they aren't then your audio will go to the headphones because it thinks you are using the headphones.

Second pair with the same issue, not worthy

The only thing I like about these earphones is the shape, which allows me to use them for running. Besides that it is annoying that after less than a year of use only one is charging. I have the Best Buy Warranty and told that have to bring them to Apple, WOW, then make an appointment for a technician to check the earphones, to then wait to have a replacement. If you cannot back up your product, then why are you selling them. Incredible!
