Honest Review by Android User!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here's is my review of the Beats Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earbuds - Black, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses, particularly for Android users: Beats Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earbuds - Black Overall: The Beats Powerbeats Pro offer excellent sound quality, a comfortable and secure fit, and impressive battery life, making them a strong contender for iOS users. However, Android users may encounter some limitations with the companion app and Bluetooth connectivity. Sound Quality: • Pros: o Rich, balanced sound with powerful bass. o Excellent clarity and detail in music, making them suitable for various genres. o Strong noise isolation, effectively blocking out ambient noise. • Cons: o No significant cons in terms of sound quality for most listeners. Design & Fit: • Pros: o Secure and comfortable fit, thanks to the earhooks that wrap around the ear. o Lightweight and compact design, making them easy to carry and wear for extended periods. o Sweat and water-resistant (IPX4 rating), making them suitable for workouts. • Cons: o Some users may find the earhooks slightly uncomfortable after prolonged wear. Features: • Pros: o Impressive battery life (up to 9 hours per earbud, 24 hours with the charging case). o Easy pairing and seamless switching between devices (especially with Apple devices). o Intuitive touch controls for music playback, volume adjustment, and phone calls. • Cons: o Limited Android compatibility: The Beats app offers limited functionality for Android users compared to iOS. Bluetooth connectivity can sometimes be unstable or experience dropouts. Who are they best for ?? • iOS users: Highly recommended due to seamless integration with Apple devices, excellent app functionality, and overall superior user experience. • Fitness enthusiasts: Ideal for workouts due to their secure fit, sweat and water resistance, and long battery life. • Those who prioritize sound quality: The Powerbeats Pro deliver a powerful and balanced audio experience. Who might not like them? • Android users: May experience some limitations with the app and Bluetooth connectivity. • Those who prefer a more discreet, less bulky design. Overall: The Beats Powerbeats Pro are high-quality wireless earbuds with excellent sound and a secure fit. However, their full potential is best realized when used with Apple devices. Android users may encounter some minor frustrations with the app and connectivity. Personal Note: As an Android user, I found the occasional Bluetooth connectivity issues and limited app functionality to be somewhat frustrating. While the sound quality is excellent, the overall user experience was not as seamless as I would have liked. Disclaimer: This is a personal review and your experience may vary. I hope this comprehensive review helps!

Awesome for high movements activities
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love everything about these headphones. In fact, my girlfriend wants to use them more than I do. These are awesome for high movement activities as well as low profile sound quality. I have AirPods, beats studio 3 wireless and these Powerbeats in black. I tend to choose these for everything over the AirPods and equally as much as the studios. They don’t fall out like the AirPods do. Some have mentioned the bulky ness of the case but I disagree. You don’t need the case like you often do for AirPods because these can just stay hooked onto your ear or the collar of your shirt. Great battery life. Great fit. Great sound. A little pricey but very worth the purchase

Best Earbuds for Exercising
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Beats Pro stay in perfectly, their sound is amazing, and though some people say that their case is too big— I think it actually helps with security not only to protect the buds but also to better keep track of them. You also can’t exactly shove earbuds into a case meant for earbuds half their size either. I’m not saying that the Beats Pro are too big though if anyone is concerned about that. Back to the exercising part; jumping, running, and even jostling to the ears (say you accidentally hit the side of your head during an exercise) can’t knock the Beats Pro from their grip. I previously only used one specific Sony Bluetooth pair of earbuds for six years (a new pair every two years) because they were the only pair that would keep up with me year round but they had a wire running between them that constantly caused problems not only because it would get caught on clothing during exercises but also because it was a weak spot that couldn’t survive being tugged on for more than two years (hence the three pairs in six years). My old pair was used almost constantly from when I got up to when I went to sleep and honestly the Beats Pro has kept up with that routine perfectly fine, they even have the added bonus of being able to pop them in the case for a quick charge.

All doubts dashed away!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been using a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort 20 active noise cancelling earbuds. They were (are) awesome, except for the wires and the little 1”x2.5” housing attacked to the wires for the noise cancelling components. Saw Powerbeats Pro and thought they might be what I needed to get away from the wires. I was hesitant because they aren’t active noise cancelling and I am super sound sensitive, so that feature is important to me. I also had listened to my son’s over the ear Beats headphones and found the bass overpowering and muddying the mid-range. Took a chance and ordered the Powerbeats Pro. I couldn’t be happier. The sound is balanced (if not a little bit treble forward), and while they aren’t active noise cancelling, using the right size rubber ear piece created a nice seal that does block out a lot of ambient sound. I spent quite a bit of time determining which of the included rubber ear piece tips worked best for me. Finding the right one is essential not only for comfort, but also for ensuring the bass comes through. I was using some that were comfortable, but the bass was pretty much missing. Switched to the next size up...still comfy...100% improvement in bass. Using them for phone calls works well and callers can’t tell I’m not on my actual phone. Yes, the case won’t fit in your pocket, but with 9 hours of battery life, I don’t see that as a problem. Excellent purchase. Very happy.

Comfortable but a tad flakey
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are very comfortable headphones and, thanks to the H1 chip, pair really easy with Apple devices. Plus having the connection shared through iCloud makes it stupid easy to switch connections between Apple devices. They're comfortable to wear while running and don't bounce around at all. The only issue is the connection can be a bit flakey. I've had multiple instances where only one side puts out audio when I put them on. Putting them back in the case to "reset" them seems to fix the issue. So now I know to test the audio before I go for a run. I also really like having the volume control on each side and not having to rely on Siri for volume changes like you do with AirPods. Battery life is also great.

Best headphones on the market
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are amazing headphones. They have great sound with the signature Beats bass. For such tiny things they sound amazing. I've owned them for almost a month and have only charged them 3 times...I use them a lot too. I use them at the office, in the gym and for walks at home and the battery never seems to die out. They are extremely comfortable and they have an amazing fit. The hook makes it so they don't EVER fall out. My only complaint is a small one and that is the large size of the case they come in. However, it's not so bad that they lose a star as I'll take the tradeoff of the longer battery and the ear hooks over a smaller case.

BeatsPro vs J.Bird Vista
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A little context here, I’ll admit it, I am a bit of a headphones snob. I mean, I got the Sennheiser HD800S, that’s about as snobby as it gets. So I spend A LOT of time with headphones listening to music and stuff. I decided to finally jump into the True Wireless market because true wireless headphones are a nice workout companion. So the obvious choice came down to PowerBeats Pro vs Jaybird Vista. I initially went with the Vistas because they are smaller, cheaper, look nicer (in my opinion), and seemed better for everyday use. But, as it turned out, the Vistas were just too uncomfortable in my ears, fatigue set it after about 30 minutes. I also wasn’t a fan with the lack of buttons. Other than that they were fantastic. But the fatigue issue was too much of a problem for me so I returned them. I had no intention of purchasing the PowerBeats Pro until the price dropped down to $199. That price was more on par with the Vistas. After about 4 days of constant use, I am very happy with the PowerBeats Pro, and declare them the winner. At first I was very skeptical because, again, the headphones were hurting my ears after about an hour or so. Not so great, but better than the Vistas. However, after getting more familiar with the Beats I can go almost all day long now without them hurting. I think I was initially forcing them too far down the ear canal (in the past that’s how earbuds have worked for me in order to get the tight seal). Later I realized jamming them into the ears is unnecessary because of the way the PowerBeats Pro are angled. So as long as I gently attach them to my ears with no force at all in a very relaxed manner, it’s wonderful. Good design here from the Beats makers. I am pleasantly surprised by how good of a seal I’m getting. On top of that, they sound great (exaggerated bass of course but I like that for working out). The phone calls are way better than I expected, it’s awesome, and the compatibility with Apple products is a beautiful experience. So bravo Dr.Dre or whomever designed these, I dig it.

Good (not Great) wireless Earphones!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been happy with my PowerBeat Pro’s! The clarity is good and they never fall off my ear! I run, workout and am very active with these! Battery life is outstanding They are good enough, but not great. Con’s... it seems I have to turn the volume up all the way just to get the beat/loudness I want. People can’t hear my voice when I’m talking on the phone all that well (in comparison to Apple AirPods) and the bass isn’t as thumping as I would like it to be. Not compared to Bose. Overall satisfied. It’s tricky buying wireless earphones with different brands, there are so many factors to consider. You’re best bet, is Apple, Beats, Bose and maybe JBL.

Great gym headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a late adopter of going from wired to bluetooth headphones for gym use but have no regrets with these. Great battery life and sound quality and most importantly the design keeps them snug and from coming loose. The only slight negative is they do occasionally have connectivity issues which is easily resolved by forgetting device/re-pairing on your device.

Good earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st off, I own all the best. Sennheiser, Sony, jabird and so on. I think the Beats are expensive for what you get overall. Having said that, they have had some great sales to bring the price point down! They are really great and convenient in so many ways. You can't complain about the battery life, they are very very comfortable and you forget they are even there. I love the touch features and volume rockers (great design) and they are a very easy go ro earbud even when you have many choices including 5 pairs of top notch headphones. They have plenty of bass if you're in the mood for that and listening to the right music. The downside and it is huge at it's price point is that they don't even come close in sound quality to other buds of the same price range or I even own much cheaper buds that sound so much better! Now I am usually very picky and critical when it comes to sound quality. Probably much more than your average person. With all that in mind I am very glad I have them in my arsenal of buds, especially for what I paid for them! I would absolutely recommend them to a friend because they are just so easy to use and carry with you everywhere you go. You don't needs to take the case in most instances. And they look, feel and perform like they will last a long time is one of my favorite things about them! My favorite are my Masters and dynamics over the Sennheisers and actually I prefer the Sony's over the sennheisers too depending on what I feel like at the time but all of those mentioned are much more delicate that I'm afraid to take them out of the house and they all have different quirks of their own so overall, I think they are quality decent or even very good sounding earbuds and worrh having in a set of earbuds!! I still would buy them at the regular price but I it would be something I'd really have to think about!! Oh and one last thing is the fit is outstanding with the over the ear style and rest very comfortably inside your ears for long periods of time! Simply put, they aren't the best choice at that price for sound but their are more things to consider than just the sound. If I lost mine, I would rush back to Best Buy and purchase another pair of these quality earbuds!!! I hope this helps someone make the right decision for them! Sincerely, Ray

Great Ear Buds!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are incredible ear buds! They have fantastic sound, they're comfortable and easy to sync, the controls are easy to use and what's better is the same controls are on both ear buds so you can adjust the sound and pause/play with either bud. Excellent bass as well and long battery life as well. If I had one complaint it would be that they aren't noise cancelling. I feel the pros well outweigh the cons though and would definitely recommend these ear buds.

Sound is solid! A+++++
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In my opinion, these are by far the best earbuds on the market for working out. It’s solid performer and delivers pristine, quality sound. Very light and stays secured on your ears regardless of how vigorous your workout might be. The only question is how long will they last. These are my second and my first pair lasted only a dismal 2 years. Had issues with the buds not charging. Pulled the trigger on the second pair in the hopes these will last longer and not suffer the same disastrous failures experienced with the first. So far, so good! I am a happy camper!

Amazing!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TLDR: I highly recommend these. Sound is great, they fit well, and are as easy to use as AirPods. Overview: These live up to the beats hype. I own multiple headphones and they each serve a different purpose. Sennheiser for best quality/ clarity of sounds, Sony for NC, AirPods for ease of use and phone calls. I bought these for running and to enjoy more bass from my music. Beats headphones are tuned to increase the bass frequencies, giving a more powerful sound to your music. Fit: Snug. They aren’t going to move around on you or fall off. I wouldn’t say they’re the most comfortable but they aren’t meant for long periods of listening. The cushion actually creates a nice seal and cuts out most outside noise. If you don’t get the fit in your ear just right however, the sound quality completely drops off. There are multiple ear cushions to make sure you get just the right fit. Comparison: AirPods are a bump away from flying off into the abyss (okay that’s a bit dramatic but I have actually sent one flying by taking a hoodie/ shirt off). On ear headphones are extremely uncomfortable for me after 5 minutes. Over ear are too bulky where these fit into a pocket or bag nicely. Sound quality seems on par with the other beats I’ve tried. Clarity is on par for other headphones in this price range, while having more bass. Sound: Exactly what you would expect from beats. Heavy bass that doesn’t completely overpower other sounds. Bass totally changes the dynamic of whatever you’re listening to. Instead of hearing bass tones, you get the sensation of feeling bass, making movies or music much more dramatic. Style: These look exactly like the picture. The red color is really cool and not obnoxious. Features: Connecting to Apple devices is as easy as AirPods (because they use the same internal components), which is extremely easy and intuitive. Battery life seems to be good for both the headphones and the case. Water resistance makes me comfortable if they get a little splashed in the rain. Controls: The buttons are thoughtfully made where you have complete control from either headphone (bicyclists are in luck!). One click pauses or plays, two skips to next song, three to beginning or last song. You have about 2 seconds to get it to go back a song, otherwise it will go back to the beginning of the same song. This is by far the most annoying thing. Especially since you have to click it three times and wait to hear if you got the right song, you’ll feel like you’re just jabbing at your ear trying to go back a song. Case: Large but the contours make it fit into a pocket easily. The headphones fit well and you won’t question if they are charging or not. A light on the front let’s you know roughly if the battery is charged or not. Conclusion: These are my go to for heavy bass and exercising. If you’re on the fence, get these and you won’t be disappointed.

I love my Beats!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These "ears" are just what I needed! They are comfortable (unless you try to wear them all day), sound quality is excellent, and are easy to use. They pair easily & sound great with my Samsung Galaxy phone. You can even use just one at a time if you'd like. With volume, mic, and side button on each bud, the possibilities are endless! They definitely stay in until you remove them. Would be good for working out or running. Plus, they come in a sweet little rechargeable case and 4 sizes of cushions for you ear size. (I have very small ear canals) Battery lasts forever too! I love my "ears"!
