He was previously working out with Jay-Birds that where falling apart. He absolutely loves theses. I was on the fence because of the price. Whatever, I am happy he is happy.

This letter was the third time I sent the product to apple for repair. Do me a favor look at the time stamps on the pictures (top left). Then look at the letter and email. You will not get support; the case is defective and now I have a $200 dollar product I want to through at the wall after 4 months of trial.

Buyer beware…

Load, comfortable and easy to use.. BUT BEWARE! These things do not charge effectively! Youll plug these bad boys in all night just to open them and the left or right headphone is on 1%. Just super intese that these are over 100$ and having charging issues. Just stick to AirPods and call it a day.

I have purchased 2 pair and had one pair replaced. The same issue every time. One headphone does not connect and or does not charge.
