So happy with them. Like them better than my Apple AirPods Pro

Beats sound great, but the best part about these is the over ear part. They are comfortable, sweatproof, and most important don't fall off. Too many times when working out or working in ear fall out, these stay nice and secure and i can wear them all day with ease. Yes they are missing that nice lower bass, but for what they are they serve their purpose.

Never had beats before, got these and holy cow they are amazing! They pair right up to my iPhone, just pop them in and go. They read text messages and are 100% hands free. Battery life is awesome. I work 12 hour shifts will probably charge them once. They charge up super fast. I have nothing bad to say about these headphones.

The bass is amazing in these. Love wearing them on my drives to work, home, and store.

2nd purchase old ones eventually died out which was expected I’ve had it for years, long that it curves around your ear and stays in place for running walking and jogging. Easily to connect long battery life. Has battery indicator in the phone. Love the product

Great headphones and definitely the best for active people. New to the earband, so personally I am not a fan (I did return these). While I will say they are the best for active people, to spend $250.. I just wasn’t quite blown away. Too high of expectations? Not sure, but I didn’t feel like I put on $250 headphones when It comes to sound quality. Connection and bluetooth 5/5.. durability n/a since I returned.. battery life 6/5 stars. Price 4/5.. overall I’d still give it a 5/5, just for me personally, I was not blown away and I did return them.

Bottom line, they play music fine, they’re pretty good for phone calls although frequently people can’t understand me even though I make efforts to be in quiet environments when using them on a call. Often times when I put them in their case the left one gets fully charged and the right one receives no charge whatsoever. So when I am counting on them to be ready frequently they are not. I have checked the contacts on both the earpieces and the case. I’ve only had them for about 3 months or so. I take strides to keep them clean and to keep both ear pieces and the case in environments where they will not get damaged due to excess moisture, dirt, dust… The other issue with them is when using voice to text. More times than not, after I’ve said a couple of words, the voice to text just ceases to happen. Even though on the phone screen it still shows I am in voice to text mode and the little graphic on the phone screen is jumping around, but I have noticed that the graphic continues to jump around in dead silence. As if it’s picking up a lot of static somehow. I turn off voice to text and turn it on again. Then I will hear the little connection noise from the ear pieces. I will try to use voice to text and there is no recognition of my voice at all. Back to the case they go. Time to try again. Will they work this time? Maybe, maybe not it’s a roll of the dice. I wish I had time for this sort of thing. I’m not asking these things to do anything outside of their normal operational parameters. It’s really annoying! I am using an iPhone 11 Pro. I am taking into consideration the obvious decline in iPhone voice to text quality over the years. But that’s a whole new subject. I would not buy them again that is for sure. I would never recommend them. Unless of course all one would want to do is listen to music in which case they’re OK.

The sound quality is great and the microphone is clear. I have had others comment that I come in clearer using my beats than the phone itself. My wife says they're pretty bulky but they don’t hurt her ears at all. She's tried “on ear” as well as ear buds and both gave her a headache. These are comfortable and not too heavy.

I bought a gift to my best friend as he love it and Thank you Best Buy store.

use these everyday and great if other headphones like airpods fallout your ear

Manager was helpful and fix my credit card issue with Best buy. I would not shop any place else.

My husband has always used Beats for his workouts, but says these are are far better than any earbuds he's used before. Happy about the purchase.

Bought a set for my Daughter to use when she exercises, she runs/ jogs .she loved em and spoke very highly of the sound quality, yet she could hear around her as she exercised.awareness in her surroundings is important and these fit the bill.

Main issue with all ear buds would be that they fall out of my ear. So these were the perfect solution. Good amount of ear piece sizes so the perfect fit is always there. Sound quality great, button placements great, perfect for anything requiring physical movement like at the gym or on a run

they are waterproof they work all day long and i dont need to charge them as often the downside is the case is huge and it scratches very easy

Sound is amazing but fit of buds takes a little getting used to. I haven’t worn during high impact workout so can’t comment on use for this activity, but for day to day, works great. Best sound compared to other earbuds I’ve used.

The best. Love it.with hooks never fall down. But warning you. Battery life time only 2,5-3 years. After one side die in 10 minutes. Other side keep play only 15 - 20 minutes more. So after 3 years play only 15-30 minutes. I bought 2019 first one. I bought second one January 2023. Be cause they don t made better one yet. Thank you beat team.

Had to return them because they kept disconnecting from my phone. It wanted me to put them on the base every time I wanted to use them. Weird...
