The title says it all. Prior to purchasing these, I had an Insignia brand and I was very happy with its performance. After a couple of years, the earphones were not holding their full charge. They still worked for my daily workouts but would not last for an entire apartment cleaning. I looked for the same type but was unable to find them so I started to look at other brands. I always read product reviews and check YouTube video reviews prior to buying higher dollar items (I bought these on sale but was still over $200). Everything I saw was positive and Beats is a well-known brand so I felt confident in spending the money. However, I have been disappointed with these for a couple of reasons: 1. The sound is OK, but given the fact that these are normally $250, I was expecting more. 2. The main issue I have with these is the way that they charge, or more accurately the way that they do not charge. There is no way to tell that the earphones are actually charging by looking at the case, which is one of the things I liked about the Insignia brand. There have been several occasions where I went to use these only to find that one of the earphones was completely drained and useless. I now have to open the case the night before and check the app to make sure that they have charged but that can lead to other issues. It appears that in order to see the charge level for both earphones one has to be removed. There have been occasions that the night before when I checked them they are charged but when the case was closed one of the earphones got knocked off the charging posts and was dead in the morning. 3. Another thing I liked about the Insignia brand was that they could be turned off when not in use. These Beats do not have that option so they remain on all the time which is another reason that if they get knocked off the charging posts they continue to discharge. After experiencing the charging issue, I did a more specific search and this seems to be a common problem. When the time come to replace these, I will not be a returning Beats customer.

I bought these for myself but for some reason they just keep hurting my inner ear I have change the earbuds to the small one but they still hurt really bad any suggestions on how to get the inner ear to stop hurting

You can’t go wrong with beats. Just take the plunge you will be glad you did. Siri can make calls and text if you want. Oh the best part is they stay on/in your ear. Running or cycling.

I have heard nothing but amazing reviews so I gave these a try. Such a huge didappointment. Agter my 1st workout I brought them home and charged them. Was so impressed with the bass and sound, I thought my search was over. Next.morning I was back at the gym and the right ear bud just quit playing. I tried every troubleshooting tip they could offer and nothing worked. Buggest waste of money yet and will never try them again.

I really enjoy my Powerbeats pros. The sound quality is awesome and not too overly expensive. I would purchase them all over again.

I purchased these earphones in September 2019 and around Mid October, the reliability of connectivity stop working. One earphone would work, then the opposite earphone you would hear nothing. I immediately called Apple and the support person stated he would send me a box and return them for repairs. But, shortly after that phone call, I was able to get the earphones working. Apple never sent the box and I never followed back up with Apple because they seemed to working fine. As time went by, I would never know when the earphones would work or not. Again, I called Apple on 1/6/2020 and the support stated that he will send me a box for return. I asked, what I'm going to listen to? I suggested they just send me a new set and I will send the old ones when I get the new ones. Apple support stated, I can give them my credit card number and they will send a new set out and when they received the old ones, they will not charge my Credit Card. I declined leaving my credit card number, because. like they don't trust me to get the old ones returned, I don't trust them with my credit card number. So I'm waiting on the box, so I can return these High Dollar, unreliable earphones. I have owned several Beats head phones, these are the worst and most unreliable. I can remember better customer service from Beats, but like everything else in life, it's all about money and customer service comes second.

Excellent wireless headphones - they are replacing Powerbeats3, which I loved as well. the H1 chip is very quick with paring with Apple products- sound is excellent - best I have heard so far. I must buy especially for activity people.

Love these headphones. However, i use them with an Android phone s22+ and the sound volume could be better. Otherwise great product.
