Wasn’t sure if I would like these initially, but they work very well. Easy to connect to my phone/iPad. The only complaint I have is fitting them in the case—sometimes takes a minute.

Too many connectivity issues. Sound quality is good but it really is a struggle to get both headphones to connect. Usually the right one is the biggest pain. I find myself having to reset them just to use them every time.

I would have given 5 stars BUT when you have them both in your ears, you cannot hear anything. The outside world is totally mute!!! If your intent is to drown the outside world out, then these are definitely for you!!!

Bought these bad boys for a friend as a birthday gift. The battery life is great and great functionality for working out. (Very good for the Gym) Sound quality is GREAT

I really wanted these to work for me teaching fitness via Zoom. They did not. EVERYONE said the sound was muffled from the microphone. I googled it and tried all the setting hacks. The microphone is just not the design focus of these. They are so comfortable, they look great, they sound great. They are easy to set up. If you just want to listen in these and take an occasional phone call while on the go, do it. But, for great sound quality via microphone I think the speaker needs to be closer to the mouth. Returned and looking for an alternative with a boom mic.

Actually stays on ear, charge holds well. Only issue is when they are not put away and you try to answer calls it will flip between headphones and however you’re trying to make your call

Be weary! U have 30 for full refund with bestbuy after that it's just you and Apple. What they don't mention is you have to send them in and they will determine the problem -_- I had/have (not as much anymore) a kind of sync issue where it would almost like surround sound and then it'll click back to normal. Other than that the b for Beats got loose so it flaps out but it's all good apart from that!!

Such an amazing sound. Love my power beats pro. It has a crystal clear sound, highly recomend it if you are into watching movies and videos on your phone.

Great sound, easy to use and they stay in my ear. I have had inner ear surgery and these work awesome with the scars I have on my out ear canal.

Great earphones to workout and running. They are always hooked to your ear when jumping.

I use these while skateboarding and they never fall out or have issues from sweat. It's great to finally cut the cord and not worry about my headphones breaking because the cord got messed up.
