    I really wanted to try these Powerbeats Pro. I was on the fence with them since they came out. I have the Bose Sound Sport Free. I used the Powerbeats Pro for my workout today, they did not sound too good. I tried different ear tips, still did not sound good. They also started hurting my ears. Now, I liked how easy they where to connect to my iPhone X, but they just do not compare to the sound quality I get from my almost 2 year old Bose Sound Sport Free.

    The right side of the earphones cannot be used to control Siri. It’s as if the mic is broken. When I answer a call, the person on the other line can’t hear me

    It seems every 2 years the battery fails and needs to buy new ones. Apple customer service was rude. Best Buy was my go to. Their customer service has always been great.
