6 months after purchase, the headphones wont connect. I finally did a update and now only one connects to my phone (galaxy note 9) Thought maybe it was my phone so I connected it to my iPhone X... still not working. I did a full reset with apple support on the phone... still did not work. You cant just walk up to the apple store and see about getting them replaced or fixed. You have to set up an appointment, if you they have "availability" me personally I dont have time to accommodate their schedule due to my job.... I'm so annoyed with this product. We pay way too much money to just have this product crap out over a 6 month period ... I'm still waiting to fix the issue.

music is uneven on the earpieces. holds a decent amount charge between charges

this is my 3rd generation of the beats headphones. i like the new charging system as my previous beats seem to quit working from overcharging

I have had my Powerbeats Pro for about 3 months now. When I first got them they worked amazing would connect right away and charge perfectly all the time. As time has gone on this is not the case anymore. It usually takes me about 10 minutes of unpair and forgetting the device and plugging them into the computer just to get them to connect to my Iphone X. Even when both headphones are fully seated in their case one of the headphones will always be dead making me wait so that it will charge up enough to use, if it lets me connect to them. I would not have spent the money that they want for these if I knew ahead of time how junky and pushed ahead of their time that these obviously are. Maybe in another year or two these will be perfected and worth the money, but right now I would buy something else.

Heads up, almost to my 2 year mark and right side earphone doesn't work even though it says it's fully charged. Make sure you get the extended warranty at best buy. I read into this, a lot of people are having the same problem when hitting the 2 year mark. Now, I got to get a new pair or maybe look into another brand.

This is the worst product I have ever owned. My rage burns with the fire of a thousands sins over this infuriating piece of garbage. It has two jobs: charge and pair. It cannot figure out how to do both, or sometimes either. It has a series of troubleshooting tips that don’t work. The product doesn’t work. It is bad. Awful. My life will never be the same now that I know what anger like this really looks and feels like.
