The first pair i received after waiting weeks was defective, could not connect the right ear pod. connecting to my phone was easy but the problem i am having is at the gym it is very difficult to sync to the treadmills. you have to use the case which is inconvenient to carry because of it's size. it usually takes several tries to connect. i know its the product as my old cheap earphones connect instantly. very disappointing feature.

This is my second pair of Beats. I had the exact same pair and one ear would not charge, i would put it back in the case for a couple seconds and then it would finally work right. Finally the one ear would not work and I had to get this pair. Now this pair is doing the same thing. I will be sending these back.

These were purchased for my wife. She has used another Bluetooth brand with a neck collar that went bad and a set that were wired. She absolutely loves these.

No more dropped phones, cords tangling while deadlifting or chasing an earphone pod across the room. These sound great and stay on your ear through everything...burpees, running...you can do it all. They also charge super quick...like 5 minutes quick with the included storage charger. I hesitated to spend this much for wireless earphones but am absolutely glad I did. Well worth it!

Ok earbuds, but not worth the price. They consistently disconnect and have to be paired again with your device. The charging connection is horrible too. You never know if both buds are charging and what the battery power is. I recommend the Bose buds as an alternative. I used my warrranty to exchange these for Bose buds and they are awesome.

This was a Christmas gift for my son in law who wanted them for running. He loves them. I was thrilled to get something he truly wanted.

Battery life doesn't last that long. The volume ok. Doesn't go to loud. Hurt my ears after awhile.

Total Junk. I have 3 sets of over the ear beats (the best sounding I've ever owned) a set of on the ear beats and a couple Beat ear buds. I bought a set of Powerbeat pros in Aug of 2019. I think they worked once. I just threw them in my gym back and forgot about them. Tried to use them the other day and the left one won't work. Tried everything, won't work wont charge nothing. Brought them to Best Buy and they are sending it back. While I was there I bought a brand new set of PowerBeat Pro's. Got them home....same thing, left one won't work. Got the app, updated the firm ware etc. At one point they showed both right and left to be 100% charged but the left would NOT play music. THEN, the left started working and the right won't play. I have a Samsung Ultra Note 20 but I also tried them on my ipad, same thing. Junk, they are going back today and hopefully I'll be able to stop my original one from being sent out for repair, get my $100 back for that then take them and throw them in the landfill where they belong.
