Left bud doesn’t charge

My rage burns with the fire of a thousands sins over this infuriating piece of garbage. It has two jobs: charge and pair. It cannot figure out how to do both, or sometimes either. It has a series of troubleshooting tips that don’t work. The product doesn’t work. It is bad. Awful. My life will never be the same now that I know what anger like this really looks and feels like.
