Very good product never been happier best buy is my favorite place to buy all my stuff great job

Great sound and comfort! Would definitely buy again.

The angle and the pitch of the actual speakers was not a good fit for me. I tried all the ear tips. I even took the tips off my Sony MDR-XB50S phones. No luck. Upward tilt and outward pitch would not allow the tips to go all the way into my ears. I couldn’t get a good seal. The speakers then sounded weak. No bass. And outside noise filtered in. I owned these for about 3 hours trying to get a good fit, to no avail. I returned them. The true wireless search goes on.

Great...WHEN THEY WORK. They won't hold a charge, the headphones themselves or the case. I charge the case completely and go to use them and they never charged. I have been dealing with this for a year now and it hasn't gotten any better. I also can't get help from Best Buy as they state I have to go through Beats. When I get ahold of representatives with Beats, they tell me they can't do anything about it because they were purchased through Best Buy....these aren't cheap headphones and I can't get help. I feel like it has been nothing but a huge waste of my time and money.....very disappointed!!

They are pretty good. Wish it had a way to grip your ear better.

They are just what I was looking for .Comfortable and long lasting.

Excellent sound and stays in place, very impressed

Oh I love my Beats, this is the second pair that l have purchased over the years

Great sound would highly recommend...also very comfortable.

Very good n comfortable. Good battery life. Awesome

Really great sound and comfortable to wear a long time

This is happens all the time I alway want to try new things and always disappointed. I always go back to the best. Beats never disappoint

These have excellent battery life and incredible sound!!

Fits perfect and sound is amazing. Can go very far from phone.

The music sounds great, however, the connection needs help. The headphones disconnect from my phone constantly and I have to reconnect them almost on a daily basis. Also, if the phone is too far or if there is too much fabric between the phone and the earpiece, it also makes the connection staticky.

Love my beats!! The range away from my phone beats the others.
