I love that the inner ear pieces are able to be made smaller or larger for a more custom fit. They are great for work or work outs. I also connect them to my computer for Zoom calls and to stream TV. I connect them to my phone for Music, Audio books, and phone calls! They are great for working out they don't fall out of your ears.

Really wanted to like these. I'm used to the sound quality of Beats Studio, Skull Candy Crusher, and Sony XB950B1 Cans. These are severely lacking in that department. There is no depth. The highs and lows are below average in my opinion. Unfortunately the main reason that I returned these is because they just don't live up to the hype. This product has really nice features that play well with the iPhone. Unlike some users I was able to use one ear piece at a time. I found the over the ear hooks to be comfortable as well as the ear buds (I generally do not like objects in my ear canal). I didn't have them long enough to test how durable they are, but the initial build quality seemed great. It took a couple of hours to get a full charge, and I didn't use the battery meter to see how depleted they were after use. Works with the find my phone app. I work a sedentary job so I don't anticipate losing them. The case is bulky if space is a premium. I may revisit this purchase in the future once the sound quality matches the that of over the ear amplified headphones. I highly doubt that I got a lemon pair.

My daughter loved it. It was a perfect gift. She uses it to listen to podcasts and to play her song lists when she goes to the gym.
