Excellent products works great and reliable and go

I purchased these 8 months ago for use at work so I could listen to music or audio from videos. I thought paying extra for a good name would be wise. I was wrong. Less than five months after purchase the right earbud went completely dead. It shows a full charge when connected but no sound comes out of it. I was very unhappy to have a failure this soon but I continued to use the left earbud when I had to listen to audio from a video. Obviously the sound quality was poor but it got the job done for the few times I used it any more. I went to use the earbud today and now the left one has also died. That makes 8 months since purchase and both earbuds have completely failed. I tried them with my work laptop as well as with my phone, and nothing. I definitely won't be buying these again. Now to make matters worse. I contacted Apple for warranty and was told I had to go through BestBuy. I went to the BestBuy store where I purchased them, with all the original paperwork and the box they came in, and was told I would have to deal with Apple! Apparently the claimed 1 year warranty is useless.

I'll preface this review with the fact that I have very sensitive ears, and have never been able to use any of apple's ear buds in the past. They hurt, and tend to fall out of my ears. I was hoping these would work, given the over-ear clip, but unfortunately there's a piece of plastic just behind tip that fits awkwardly and still hurt my ears. I tried adjusting the over-ear clips, and tried all provided tips (and even purchased additional ones) but was not able to fix that issue. I also was not able to get a good sound seal (likely due to the poor fit in my ear), so the sound was very quiet and had no bass. I ended up return these and switched to the Bose sound sport. I imagine these will work for most people, but if you have sensitive ears like me, I would recommend looking at the Bose or Jabra options.

Best headphones I ever had everybody need to own one

Can be rooms away from phone and music is still clear

Was looking for wireless headphones with good sound quality and tried a few but didn’t not like them and tried the beats pro and it’s much better than any other brands with similar price.

I thought the product was a little pricey but I am willing to pay for quality and this product was all about quality. From the moment I put them in my ears, my spirit rejoiced with song!

Sound is decent lacks some bass, if you don’t put them on right it might be uncomfortable for your ears but battery life is awesome and they are super convenient great for working out or every day wear.

Easily pairs with my Apple devices. Sound, and volume, are impressive. Being able to use one bud at a time is clutch. Battery life is solid, yet not as much as advertised. Size of charger is not an issue for me.

I love using these at the gym. Way better than the ones I got on Amazon. It stays in my ear as well!! :). Only thing I wish is for the sound to be louder but I guess i could ruin my ears if it was
