There’s just a lot of things that happen like malfunctions or random disconnections and muffled sound that happens randomly that I feel is due to them being refurbished. I’ve bought other refurbished products in the past and I’ve never had these problems but the Powerbeats pro that I bought specifically have had more problems than any other product I purchased in the past.
